I'm not from this city, nor did I order anything. However, I'd like to share my experience. My son was having an asthma attack in my car and normally we are very well prepared with a car outlet in our car to plug in the machine. This trip we left it behind on accident. This Kfc was the first store that I seen to pull over and get help. I just needed an electric outlet to give him a treatment while he was gasping for air. As I pulled up I seen a long line in the drive thru... We walked to the front door and I didn't know the lobby was closed. A lady tried to tell us the lobby was closed and as she came to the door, I just explained I needed an outlet and asked if they had one on the outside of the building. They didn't but she let my son and I inside and moved a trash can out of the way for I could give my son the treatment. I don't think she knows but her kind gesture of letting us in for just a few mins, saved my son's life! We travel this way to Legoland, and we will definitely be stopping by this Kfc every trip. I am extremely grateful to have stopped in this time. I'm not sure if the lady was a manager or even know her name, but she was just a wonderful person to help us when we were in need.    Read moreFirst time I went to this location and they absolutely refused to use the drive through! I’ve never seen this before. As soon as I pay they ask me to pull up…there was no one else even there…not in the drive through…not inside. They tell me that they don’t care that there isn’t anyone else in line they just want me to “pull up” because of the timer…that’s what it is for…to keep tract of how long the order takes to get it to the customer. Had not only the employee say this but the manager too! They refused to come back to the window after that. They legit sent someone outside with my food at the door even though I was still waiting at the window. Didn’t bother to say anything, or wave their hand to let me know. Nope, you just expected to figure it. If I am still there at the window why don’t use just the window just to hand me my food…why send someone outside??? Then to make matters worse the food didn’t seem fresh, one of the item was wrong altogether and they didn’t bother to include any napkins...
