Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Haines City

Popeye's has lost me as a customer...heard a radio ad several days ago...went to this location and was told they didn't have or even know about the special... annoying but I know some restaurant specials vary depending on franchise participation. However I went back to this location today. I ordered the special that was advertised on a large poster on the glass front of the building. When I ordered, the employee left to go to the back to ask for assistance ringing it up. When she came back she said that it was a poster that someone forgot to take down and that they did not have the special. I have been to other businesses where either myself or someone else in line had the same issue. Difference is Popeye's let me leave as a frustrated customer and did not offer to give the special that was clearly still advertised. Also, other places in the past have always had someone immediately take down the sign/ advertisement but evidently this location was not concerned as the person at the register went back to taking orders and the person that had come out from the back when my server was telling me that they would not honor the special returned to the back. I did not see anyone go over to remove the old advertisement. I will not waste my time or my money at Popeye's in the future. Instead I will support other businesses that actually care about...

Love Popeyes and the variety of food in the menu but this one’s Not the cleanest Popeyes and if you want to have fast food for dinner then choose another location, there’s nothing Fast here. Be ready to wait up to 30 min for your order, And this is not even peak time. They seem to take their sweet time, Which is fine as long as doesn’t delay your wait time.

They never got the pieces that you want so you have to wait for them to cook it. This it’s not the first time this has happened. Sadly I didn’t remember in time that I had this happened before. Overall good food but an atrocious wait time. No management planning at all, you hear them arguing about who brought the right pieces from the fridge. One server in the front desk tells the customer there’s no X pieces that she wants but then another from the cook side comes to the front to contradict the front desk worker. Etc etc. complete mess!

The drinks dispenser’s unorganized, no napkins anywhere, you can imagine. Just go to the one closer to i4 or the other one in winter haven. Skip this one.

PD: don’t you dare order online for delivery or be ready to wait 90 mins for your food.

Was really bad. Place was dirty and employees back there act like you're not even standing there. I was in shock because I go to other Popeyes all the time and have never been treated like this or found such a bad atmosphere. To to it all off, I went in and ordered chicken meals for 11 people. I spent over $70.00. We had to go inside as the app was not working. We waited for over 35 minutes as the girl tending to the drive thru gave half our food to someone else and the guy had no problems speaking to her in Spanish about it which we clearly understood but she was too busy on her cell phone to realize the mistake she made. They simply didn't have enough chicken cooked. Was late at night, got all the way home only to realize that over half the chicken we were biting into was spicy so 6 people could not eat it as 2 adults and the kids can't take the spice. I have never felt so ripped off and disrespected in my life! I have always gone to Popeyes and so does our business during the week but I think we'll reconsider now as I do not throw away money or buy food and then end up having to run to McDonald's for people who can't eat the food you...
