Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Haines City

I thought the third time might be the charm… but unfortunately, it wasn’t. Maybe the last time was just a fluke and they were busy — but nope. The customer service here is consistently terrible. I came in to pick up a simple takeout order (just wings), and there was no line. Several employees were standing around, one was cutting a pizza, but no one acknowledged us or came to the front to help. We waited until someone finally came from the back — and while that person was friendly and helpful, the experience overall was frustrating. The food was already done; I wasn’t placing a new order.

This isn’t even the first time something like this has happened. The first time I came here, we waited over 30 minutes for our food — which had been sitting there the whole time, cold — and when we brought it up, one of the employees was extremely disrespectful.

I’m not someone who typically writes negative reviews, but if you care about how you’re treated as a customer, I wouldn’t recommend coming here. I’ve given this location more than enough chances, and I won’t be back. Thankfully, there’s a new Pizza Hut in Davenport — I’ll be going...

Walked in to a full lobby as to be expected on a Saturday night. I placed my order and it didn’t really take too long. I did hear the manager yelling at her employees many times as the reviews below stated and not a coaching form of yelling- more like talking down to them. I heard her correct her pizza makers about putting too much bacon on my extra bacon pizza and when I got my pizza there was definitely not extra bacon. Also heard manager, make a joke about an employee not knowing what fries look like because she never refills them at that point everyone in the kitchen looked at this girl and started laughing. DO BETTER! You would be nothing without your team and I promise I’m in the same field and do the exact same job for a different company and I would NEVER clown on my employees like she did tonight and BULLY them. I ordered to see what competitors in my area are putting out and needless to say, nothing to be proud of at Pizza Hut. Cheaper but you get what...

Completely ridiculous, staff isn't properly trained to do pizzas, order online for a super Supreme pizza and a cheese with chicken , we noticed they made a pizza we didn't even order gets remade so we have to wait another 14 minutes, we think they had it this time as we're paying for a super Supreme and yet is a half aşś Supreme pizza ? We go back in again let them know this isn't a super Supreme and the pizza maker lady (she's about her 50s) has the nerves to raise her voice and says that is a super Supreme when we're missing ingredients on it. Gets aggressive and give more attitude as if we're the one that made the mistake. To top it off, the remade was pushed in the over probably to get us out quick but the cheese isnt completely melted wven the dough is cooked properly. Completely unethical. Def don't recommend...
