I will begin this Review by stating the most obvious insight there is. From the moment you enter the village, everything is nice and beautiful. Super good vibes all over and it makes you expect so much from this restaurant. Well let me say how superior this place is in the fine dining kosher restaurants. Outstanding, lavish, modern and so on, Bissaleh is a one of a kind Kosher restaurant experience That if you are a guy who enjoys good food along with the highest level of ambience and service I highly suggest you stop what you’re doing and come here. The restaurant is highly decorated to make it feel super inviting and relaxing. The hostess was nice and professional. The way it is set up is truly a contemporary style mixed with authentic world famous restaurants look and feel. The massive bar with the most amazing drinks you can get in Miami. The 2 vip rooms that are just perfect for that night out with a large group who are looking for a nice night out. Our waiter was super professional, knowledgeable and courteous. The food was outstanding. I won’t get so into details but let the pictures and video show you what’s happening at this place !! Bravo to the staff and management. Thank you to the owners for this fine place!. 2nd review! Went back and was even more amazed! The steaks came so fast and were juicy and soft. All the drinks on point and an amazing dessert to top it al off!

Wow! What an elegant restaurant to host a beautiful wedding! I have been to wedding receptions hosted in restaurants before, but Alma clearly knows how to shine above the rest. There was an indoor gorgeously decorated wedding canopy with comfortable seating arrangements. There was plenty of dance room for an exclusive male dancing section and an exclusive female dancing section, too. The combination of a roomy dance-floor, DJ, and lighting was so inviting that even one guest "breakdanced". After dancing up an appetite, there was a delicious sit down dinner with a plethora of delicious juicy meats and chicken delicacies on skewers, colorful plated salads, beautifully displayed couscous topped with stewed vegetables in moroccan tagine dishes, just to name a few. And when I thought there was no more room for another bite, the arrival of pretty desserts magically made more room for us to enjoy. Thank you Chef Yardena for an outstanding wedding dinner!

Not worth the money!! I took my lady there last night for her birthday, at first glance the place looks nice but looking at the menu everything is so over priced. In my opinion the food we ate was subpar. Her sliders had no taste, meat was dry, she basically took half a bite of the sliders and lost her appetite, same thing with her onion rings. My burger was flavorless, but poor presentation. I mean if your gonna charge $32 for a burger it better be the best damn burger that beats any other restaurant. I could go to Denny’s or Ihop and get a better burger for half the price. But what really killed it was our waitress never came back and checked on us after we got our food or asked if we needed anything. But later when I asked for the check they automatically added a 18% gratuity to the check.

This was one of the worst dining experiences we have ever had in our lives. For someone who dines out often and usually only leaves a review for excellent experiences, I felt that I couldn’t just let this bad experience slide. The first warning sign should have been that it was COMPLETELY empty on a Saturday night at 8pm. We chose to eat here because everyone was starving and it was the only place with seating. We honestly would have been better off going to the Carousel Club for tacos and pizza. So let’s get started on all you need to know before coming to this place:

•The staff barely came around and spend most of the time in a huge group chatting up front. •They gave us attitude about a deal that THEY offer where they give you a free bottle of wine with two entrees if you signup for their emails. •The food is soooo expensive. I usually don’t mind paying a lot if I’m getting quality food, but this is complete robbery. •My breaded chicken breast and mashed potatoes cost $38 and was very average. •My husband ordered an $80 bone in ribeye that was basically brought to him still alive and had barely any condiments. He loves ribeye and couldn’t even stomach finishing this one. It’s absolute theft to charge $80 for a steak that is complete garbage. •The waitress almost brought out the two things our friend asked her about when he had only decided on one so he just had to deal with eating the first thing he asked about even though it wasn’t what he finally ordered. •They didn’t even ask if we wanted dessert (which we definitely didn’t after our atrocious dinner) and took over 15 minutes to bring the bill after we had to get up and ask for it and then took about another 20 figuring out how to split it.

The one plus that I would give them is that the restaurant is pretty, but I read another review that said it was exactly what the past restaurant had set up there.

Point of all this is that if you want to go to dinner and spend hundreds of dollars and then feel really bad about it, this is your place! So so so...

This a nice place with the right type of ambiance of having fine dining experience. We were offered to sit at a regular table or sit at a table with a cushy chairs which was further back in the corner next to a private sitting room where there was a private event. Of course those cushy chairs were tempting and sitting in the back room away from all the front end commotion was to my preference althoughthe place was relatively empty. That's where it went down hill from there. The waitress was nice but also very pushy with her specials and wouldn't let us make up our mind about main course by talking over us. I'm certain she meant well but my daughter and her boyfriend didn't necessarily know better and were pushed into an expensive special steak special and when my son and I ordered off the menu she talked down about the order. Right about that point that's when sitting next to a private room became a headache. The music got very loud and on top of that the people got even loader and they kept getting drinks after drinks after drinks. I mentioned multiple times how its very loud and even asked to close their door multiple times and all we were told both by the server and the manager is I'm sorry people are having a good time. We were never offered to be moved even thought I asked and even though their staff recognized that it was loud no one would bother to do anything about it stating that these are our regular clients. The food was good but definitely over priced and I even mentioned to the server how our bill should be paid by the private event party because of how uncomfortable we were there. No one bothered to even consider to either offer free desert as a courtesy or even comp an item on the bill for having a very loud experience. Plain and simple this place caters to their regulars and didn't care much about a new client other then to sell us on an expensive meal while lacking any courtesy to create and appease a more comfortable...

Planned a private event for almost a month, went over all details with the GM, Osnat. Having closed on the price for 30 guests, paying per person, she promised to be generous with the portions. When informing her only 25 guests would show, she stated there would still be enough for 30 guests, given our prior agreement. The food was enough for 20 guests and many left hungry. In total, 10 appetizers were supposed to be served. We received only 6 out of the 10. Out of 4 entrees we received two. Not to mention, we had to chase the waiters to bring soft drinks to the table. Again, as we were promised, the table would have unlimited soft drinks, and there was only ice water, not even bottled. 4 cigars on each plate (4 plates total), 2 chicken skewers (6 skewers total), cut up pita that was dry, the lamb carpaccio tasted spoiled, and a lot more I won’t sit here and list. But for 25 people, you do the math. Is it enough? Absolutely not. Instead of receiving compliments on what we expected to be a beautiful evening, all we got were complaints and guests heading to eat an “actual dinner” at another restaurant in the area. Service was poor, waiters were rude. We attempted several times to reach out to Osnat to resolve this issue and still have not heard back. Also, upon agreeing on a set payment amount, including gratuity, she tried to screw us with gratuity after paying deposit, saying we have to pay 22-25% when originally agreeing on 20%, which 20% is fairly generous, after it was written on paper, and we have proof. I hope this review comes in handy for any future guests at this restaurant. Please be careful and have everything recorded and written. On a side note, Bissaleh is super over priced. Go to JZ Steakhouse in Hollywood. Better food,...
