Aside from getting gouged with the mark up for delivery and all the associated delivery fees, the delivery arrived 45 minutes after the latest time that was indicated when I placed the order. Every time (about 6 times) we tried to call Krusty Pizza to find out if the exact status and to express concern, the call went straight to voicemail. On the order I explicitly asked for ketchup (I figured they'd come with fries even without the request), but none was sent. Food (pizza, fries, salad) was pretty good, even if not fresh enough, fries a bit too salty. Bottom line - food good, but don't order delivery.
