Decided to get delivery. Aside from getting gouged with the mark up for delivery and all the associated delivery fees, the delivery arrived 45 minutes after the latest time that was indicated when I placed the order. Every time (about 6 times) we tried to call Krusty Pizza to find out if the exact status and to express concern, the call went straight to voicemail. On the order I explicitly asked for ketchup (I figured they'd come with fries even without the request), but none was sent. Food (pizza, fries, salad) was pretty good, even if not fresh enough, fries a bit too salty. Bottom line - food good, but don't order delivery. We celebrated birthday for my 2 year old son and I placed an order from Krusty, used DoorDash, I was waiting for the order for hour and a half , I called the pizza place they said they have no control of DoorDash , I was so frustrated , my guests had no food for almost 2 hours , the owner of Krusty heard how frustrated I was and he tried his best to help , and he just sent new order with someone else and made sure that we are going to get it , and we did at the end . I really appreciate that! I only had the pizza but I want to comment because it's the best pizza outside of New York City, on par with Bravo's which is one of the best. The sauce is piquant, the crust is krusty, and the balance of ingredients perfect. Some might feel the crust a bit chewy, but that's minor.
