Update: I immediately sent an email to the email that was left below in response to my review. My review was posted 5/21, they responded 5/22 & responded to them immediately. As of 5/26 i have heard nothing from them. Feeling extremely let down by this location. I'm unsure why any owner/manager etc would reach out and provide their email to further investigate, & then choose to not respond within a timely manner. The irony of apologizing about dropping the ball just to turn around & drop the ball AGAIN is incredible. What a slap to the face. I would have loved to remove my review, but it'll stay as is.
I hate to leave a one star review, especially when I haven’t had issues with this dominos. My order was labeled as delivered & I waited 25 minutes after seeing that before I called. I was told on the phone that it was marked delivered bc that’s how they clock their drivers in/out. I was more than understanding, even though I was extremely confused. 15 minutes after that our order arrived & everything was incorrect. We wanted toppings on half the pizza, they came on the whole thing. We wanted an Alfredo bread bowl with no chicken & it came loaded with chicken. (I double checked my receipt & I did order everything correctly). I called the store to ask if we could come & pick up a new order. The employee kept trying to get me off the phone as fast as possible & wasn’t listening to me at all. I was trying to describe what was wrong & how to fix it. We were happy to pick up the same size pizza as a plain cheese pizza(+ this should be an easier fix than worrying about toppings/delivery). In the middle of me talking about what we wanted he said, “okay yeah.” & hung up. However, I wasn’t finished speaking. My order wasn’t read back to me, nothing sounded understood & I was left feeling like it was my fault I even placed an order in the first place. I understand being overworked/understaffed. However, when I am extremely understanding & more than patient, I don’t understand why my order & concerns were...
Read moreMy goodness, to start off I ordered a pizza for delivery and after an hour of it staying on the “your food is being prepared” step I decided to call the store and see if they were still alive, or if they had to run to the farm to pick vegetables for my delicious pizza. Well the store didn’t answer, it was the local number for the store but it went to a call center? Nice lady on the phone said they must be having technical difficulties because they cannot find a status of my delivery, said she would have to redirect my call to the store. So it rang and rang and rang until a voice came on the line asking me to rate my service. Tell us how we did! Well frankly nothing was done yet so I gave a middle of the road score because I was still betting on my great dominos team to deliver my oh so tasty pizza with fresh from the farm ingredients. Masterfully crafted with nothing but the greatest culinary repertoire this side of the Mississippi. Well, the line went dead. Obviously a mistake, so I called back, this time it rang and rang and finally I can hear the clatter of a busy kitchen for just a moment as the phone is lifted and just as fast, slammed back down. Line dead again…and then a notification. My order had been cancelled. After an hour and a half. No reason, no one to talk to. They dropped me like yesterdays garbage. It hurt, really hurt. How do I explain this to my kids? I failed them. Put my trust in someone to just let me down. So now, I who have been dreaming of a ooey gooey cheesy delight, visions of pepperonis dancing on my taste buds, had to go upstairs and cook myself dinner…and I suck at cooking. Ever had Mac and cheese with easy bake oven honey mustard seasoning mixed in? I have and it is absolutely gross....
Read moreThis was pretty awful service. I was ordering pizza for a large group so I thought it would be easier to call a couple days in advance. The first time I held for about 20 minutes before giving up. This time I gave the benefit of the doubt bc I called close to dinner time. I called again when I knew they wouldn’t be busy- 10pm. Held for about 30 minutes, then was hung up on. Called back held for about the same amount of time… ended up ordering online, but the website kept freezing. Ordering pizza has now taken over an hour and a half of time… I finally get it ordered, then had to modify the order. I decided to call the next day. After 10 minutes of holding, I decided it would save time to drive to the store. At the store, they tell me the phone is not working. He also tells me he doesn’t know how to do tax exempt so he can’t do it. The computer kept freezing so I made a second order to add to the first. Then the worker said, they are having a big pizza deal so he wasn’t sure if the pizza would be ready in time. I’ve now invested about 2.5 hours in to ordering pizza. I had him cancel the order since he wasn’t sure he would have it ready in time. I called papa Johns and had the pizza ordered and payed for with my tax exempt in about 20 minutes.
The dominos worker was very friendly and understanding of me wanting to cancel so i did...
