I’m lost on how to express my dissatisfaction and disappointment with this establishment... the last time I was here was a few months back and I loved it, the food was always fresh and the people were nice, Christian oriented, and put together but this last time was polar opposite. I’ve been debating for the last week to leave this review but something needs to be said. I’m unsure of where they found the people that were working this time but I’m not impressed one bit. Dirty, greasy looking and smells like he’s been bathing in alcohol. And the store itself was so much dirtier. The pizza? Crust was dry, flat in the middle while bubbly on the outside and tasted sour and the green peppers had to be picked off. I don’t even want to know how old they were. Extra cheese? Maybe on like 3 slices. The rest barely had any cheese and you could see almost all sauce and burnt bubbles in the crust. The chicken wings were extra soggy and could have done with a bit more time in the oven and at least two of them were still dark in the middle meaning they weren’t cooked all the way through. The delivery drivers just kind of hung out outside smoking in plain view and one of them didn’t even bother washing his hands before going on another delivery. The manager/owner whoever needs to overhaul this place again. Just close the place for a few days and a actually clean the place and for everyone’s health, clean out the fridge. And the people. I’ve never ate at another Marcos and I never planned on it before because I’ve ate here for the last two years without an issue but now? Read moreWe have been ordering from this Marcos for several years now and order once a month or so. The last 3 experiences have not been good. Three orders ago my delivery took 1 hour and 10 minutes to get to us. Which the gm credited my account for the order and I was satisfied. The order after that the delivery driver Forgot part of the order and had to run back and get it. Which I know sometimes these things happen . The order today I called in to use my credit ( that's the only way to use the credit) The order was made for delivery I was told 35-45 mins delivery time. An hour later I looked online to check it and noticed the order was wrong, so I called and was told there was only one driver then told there was only 2 drivers. I am not sure how many they have.I know with the way things are now it is hard to get staffing. The lady told me there were 7 orders on the rack waiting to be delivered. She could remake the order and have it delivered, but after waiting an hour for food that hasn't even made it off the rack yet I told her just to credit back my account and I would go elsewhere. If I was originally told they were short staffed I would probably not have ordered in the first place knowing first hand it would be so long before being delivered. Once food has been sitting and starts cooling it changes the texture and taste drastically. In the past we had always gotten food from there, fast and we're very satisfied. Read moreThis is truly our first time ordering pizza from Marcos. I ordered online 1 new york style pizza and 1 mountian dew. These products including the tip which ended up being $34.00. Curious as to why our pizza had not yet arrived we checked our bank account to see if payment had went through we noticed a payment of $44.00 and then a second charge $5.00 had been processed on our account and we only gave permission for 34.00 now at this point we contacted marcos to see about when our pizza would be arriving. It was then that it was brought to out attention that there was no order placed for our items. And we where requested to drive to the store to show them the charges which I happily obliged. Once at the store I showed them my account which by the way showed their store number and the charges on the account. After 45 minutes of waiting I was told that they would make me a regular sized pepperoni pizza which by the way I didnt order. Then I was told they didnt know about my money. Not impressed at all wasted nearly 3 hours on this. I should have drove across the street to Little Caesars. I could have enjoyed my time with my family and had more money...
