Just left here. The salad bar was completely empty for the most part, only pizza on the bar was pep, cheese and sausage and they had four rows of that over and over. No other pizzas. The guy making pizzas was hustling tho and the blond girl helping him. There was literally not another person that worked there with any since of urgency. I hope the manager wasn’t the guy with the pony tail and glasses because he walked in circles for 45 mins pretending to do stuff. A good manager would dictate what needs to be done. Don’t even get me started on the kid with the blonde shaggy hair that was bussing tables. After standing to the side for 15 mins waiting on a table to be clean I finally interrupted him (who was not on break) and his friend on break having a conversation while there was 10 ppl waiting for a table and asked him very nicely if he could wipe a table. He did. As I sat there watching he took a couple plates off a table and continued talking to his friend and then would move on to another table and take a couple plates from there never fully completing 1 table for almost 25 minutes. Finally one of the ppl waiting in the long line asked if they could clear a table. He walked over there to clear it then his phone rang. He stopped to answer it and the customers at this point were fuming. I’ve never in my life seen anything like this especially from the bus boy. Better...
Read moreMy family and friends visited this location tonight with our kids. We walked in just a couple minutes before closing, which we were completely unaware of. The cashier rang my order, took my payment of $24.32 and gave us our cups as usual. Between myself,my mother, and my cousin, along with our kids, we spent roughly $100.00 to eat here tonight. I noticed the pizza that was on the buffet looked cold but didn’t think to much about it. My wife, is a salad eater and she noticed that there wasn’t any lettuce. So she asked for some lettuce and the lady behind the buffet told her “ we are out of lettuce “. At this point I’m getting irritated. We then ask for 1 pepperoni pizza and they told us that they wasn’t really going to cook any pizza due to being closed. Again, we had no ideal they were closed. If I had been told at 9:00, when I paid for the buffet that they were closing and wasn’t cooking any fresh pizza, I would have took my family else where. They had no problem taking out money, but LIED about lettuce and didn’t want to cook any pizza. My family go here often and I assure you we will NEVER EVER spend another dollar...
Read moreSeriously..no entry without buffet purchase? Gatti's loss. Didnt know there was one located less than ten minutes from where we just moved to til today when i accidently made a right instead of a left. We usually drive another 25 minutes to kingston pike to chuck e cheese but decided to drop by and check this place out since it was so close, but didnt even make it in the door. Was stopped upon entering and was told that each person in our party would have to purchase buffet just to be able to go to game room. Now i know why the parking lot was empty..buffet was empty n what was on it looked like it had been sitting there for hours and was dry. The salad bar looked liked kids had been playing in it..everything was all mixed together and dressing poured out. If this is what it looks like on their slow time, id hate to see it busy there. We gladly walked ourselves out and went to chuck e cheese after stopping for chinese because you know..they dont require u to purchase food u dont want just to play games. Your loss Gatti because i take my kids EVERY friday to chuck e cheese since its too cold to do...
