Dunkin' — Restaurant in Hamden

Terrible attitude at this location and very irresponsible management. They didn't bother to put signs up on either bathroom even though neither bathroom men's or women's had any toilet paper, didn't have any soap in the men's room, and didn't have any paper towels in the women's room, in the midst of a pandemic where soap is kind of a critical issue.

When I pointed out to them the very severe disservice they were doing to customers by allowing them to go in the bathroom with no warning when there's no toilet paper both employees working the morning shift at 6 AM made it very clear that they were already aware of the issue and when i said they should put signage on the doors, they said people would go in anyway (okay lazy employees, nice excuse). They continued to make excuses about how they didn't see me which is why they didn't warn me (which considering they had their back to the door the entire time I was in the establishment leaves me wondering how many other customers they did this to). It took 3 rounds of back & forth while they continued to dismiss the problem before they even bothered to take any responsibility and apologize for the fact that they did that to customers knowingly. UPDATE!! - 4/21 - Ordered an iced matcha latte with sweetener, first it came out as a caramel latte, then the matcha came to me blended but with all the correct ingredients, I took 2 sips and now I can't have it any other way!! Blended is the way it has to be every time now!! I already love this place and the staff there so this just makes it better!! Thank you to all the staff who works so hard and are naturally personable friendly and above all courteous. They make sure every order comes out exactly the way that you want it, and sometimes even the way you don't even know you want it!! Love this place, NO DRIVE THRU MAKES THIS PLACE SUCCESSFUL!! They're not all scrambling around rushing and messing up all the orders, in my mind and my life this is my little mama and papa owned coffee shop! If it didn't say dunkin it would say "Best Coffee & Staff Diner" 😂 !! Much love! I'll be back!

1/21 - This place has no drive thru but it adds to the quality of what you get! I LOVE the staff very efficient and not distracted! Every time I go I have a better experience!!...

Please fire the disrespectful Hispanic young lady manager. She has no customer service training. You never go back and forth with a customer if they are telling you what they had the day before exact time a little before 5pm. I thought she was gonna spit in it. She tells me they don't sell a certain flavor anymore which is cool. But all I said is wow I just had that flavor from here yesterday and the cashier gave it to me free due how disgusting the coffee was I just picked up from down street at the other one and I didn't have time to turn around. But she argued me up and down in front of customers telling me I didn't have it yesterday. Her customer service sucks. Very unprofessional. Please fire her. She is a liability and she can do that to the wrong person in this crazy world. Not a good look. But be careful and watch them when...
