What happened to this location???? Man, it went WAY down hill!!! We got there about 2 and almost all the trays were empty. They had run out of olives and didn't even have any in the back. We got the remains of the bottom of the containers. They had no shells for the salad bowls. The serving area was filthy! Felt bad for the girl serving us who was very nice. I believe by the look of the uniform, the manager left her hanging serving all by herself and dealing with empty containers. She was actually very sweet the whole time too. Total opposite of the manager! She was kind of nasty. My salad got very drowned in salad dressing. I had to drain it out! Worse was i got sick right after. We all said something taste different..It was the Guacamole! It went bad!!! We not be returning to this location any time soon. Actually a few customers after us were also heard saying...What happened to this place????..My 2 stars was for our server and at least the chips and salsa area was fresh and clean. Edit to the least amount of stars because my daughter got sick too! For sure the guac. since we were the only 2 who got it!!!! NO NOT EAT HERE..FOOD POISONING!!!! I was contacted by a Rob who said they audited the place during the weekend and found no health concerns. Well we got the bottom of the containers that Friday..So they tested fresher items. Keep reading for the good part. Recently, my family has been struggling a lot financially. We used two gift cards to purchase meals for the next few days from this store on Sunday afternoon. When our order arrived, they were half full and drastically incorrect (no meat in either bowl and incorrect sides). We did not realize until later that night since we were trying to save the portions.

On Monday (4/29/24) morning, I called the store to make a complaint. I was very upset and truly didn’t expect for my family since this was our only chance to have food in the house until my husbands next check on Tuesday.

When I called, I was greeted by the sweetest person I have met since moving to CT. I believe it was the shift manager, I apologize that I did not catch his name. He validated my worry and listened to me. He told me to come down and he would take care of us. When I arrived at the store, I could tell exactly who he was before even saying hello. He was the person with the bright smile and A+ customer service and care to the customer in front of me.

In a time of financial crisis this community and country is currently facing, I can say that the empathy he showed me made my family feel seen and heard. I cannot thank him enough for his kindness and hospitality. Truly sir, o hope you have the MOST...

The service & food was extremely good. It also was extremely expensive & not quite that good. I would recommend them if you have a dollar to lose. They had a tip jar & that's something I like to do, working in the service industry, I feel that gesture. 19.95 for a burrito & corn chips with a drink that is table service prices for a fast food atmosphere. I did notice a couple other things that impressed me; like how a review complained about a barrier & they had installed one. The food makers were also defensive about the atmosphere & very calmly, politely, unoffending asked some young boys around my daughters age who had came in & got free water cups&were drinking soda, playing on their phones & talking loud&proud about using drugs & abusing women to wrap up what they're doing & get out. If she approached them the wrong way they may have started trouble & I thought she was trained very well in the situation & how to handle it to keep a safe...
