While approaching to the drive thru window to pay and get my coffee and sandwich that I order, I noticed that this one barista taking the orders was doing nothing but chatting with the other workers that were there (sun 11/29 1:52pm) holding up the line in the drive thru for the other people to get their orders. She first waited long to process my payment and the system canceled, so I have to put out my card again, then they handed her my coffee that I order and she lifted there, didn’t look what it was or who did order that, she keep on chatting and having me there waiting and holding up the drive thru line, then she give me my sandwich and she continues with the chatting, after a couple of minutes, she sees again my coffee and she handle it to me, I ask her, you have me waiting all this time when my coffee was there..?? She responded, I didn’t see it. Even if she didn’t see it, she need to speed up the process, people goes thur the drive thru be ay it is supposed to be a quick service, and this girl is not making it like that. I’m writing this review because is not the first time I am been helped by her, it seams that her service is getting worse and her lack of costumer service is getting to other workers when she is around. I am there a least 4 days a week and the service it is very different when she...
Read moreI feel bad leaving this review but think people should know what to expect: The place is always a mess (unswept floors, dirty counters, work stations have melted ice and syrups/drinks spilled and not cleaned up) The store always seems under staffed. The employees either look overwhelmed or are moving at a snail pace because they don’t seem to know what they are doing. You will rarely find someone by the cashier waiting for you when you enter. A lot of times you’re waiting for the cashier to finish taking a drive through order before they even greet you. The managers will sometimes be nice but they mostly look like they are trying to survive. The store always has a line of customers waiting for their order, and a line in the drive through. What’s annoying is, trying to cancel an order already made on the app. I once did drive thru because I didn’t want to wake my daughter from her nap, I waited 50 minutes and had a crying baby in the car for the last 10 minutes. parking lot is so badly designed, you may not be able to leave because the drive thru is backed up. during pumpkin spice latte season the app will always show they are out. But if you go in the store to order it they have it, you just have to wait an hour...
Read moreAh, man. I was a regular at the former location, but I find myself going a lot less often now to the new location. Which is a shame, as I’d really been hoping the new storefront with the drive thru and parking lot would make things more streamlined. Unfortunately, the opposite has happened instead. Service is extremely slow now, I was waiting for a single (non-customized) drink on a random weekday morning around 10am, and it took 20 minutes. That’s pretty excessive. I find that the layout/design of the parking lot and drive thru are criminally bad, even dangerous. Whoever designed that blueprint needs a new career path. Once you get into the tiny parking lot and see there’s no spots open, it’s impossible to get back out, and what’s worse is you’ve got other people trying to follow you in too. The drive thru is always backed up so much that it’s blocking off traffic outside of Starbucks, and when you’re trying to exit the Starbucks drive thru, it’s pretty blind. What a mess! The inside of the store is also pretty cramped, it almost feels like there’s less seating than the former location. All in all, most of it is just terribly designed and causes extra stress to pair with the unfortunately...
