We all got burgers and milkshakes and then we got a couple of fries to split between everybody.

My milkshake, was a key lime pie milkshake, and that was the one thing I didn't really like too much. It was the aftertaste. I think they forgot to add graham crackers to it. The picture shows graham cracker crumbs but I really don't think they added it because I didn't see them at all. That's the only reason I give four stars and not 5.

If you do go to wayback burgers, expect to have to wait for your food for 15 minutes or so. But you should be happy about that. That means you're getting everything dropped fresh specifically for your food. That's one thing I like about wayback burgers similar to five guys.

I got one of those fancy burgers as did my son and my mom. My son's best friend got a regular cheeseburger and my two year old got the chicken tender kids meal with Powerade and fries. We split two fries between all of us besides my babies kids fry and there was even too much fries for the four of us lol.

It was really good though. My son got a strawberry milkshake and it was absolutely amazing. I tried it. My two year old seemed to like my key lime pie shake but that's because he likes anything that's creamy and Ice cream like 😭🤣

Thank you for the wonderful experience given the fact it was the first time any of us had eaten wayback burgers. And what a great experience it was

If anybody is going to try to give you lower star ratings because they had to wait too long for their burger, then they are ignorant because they would also complain if you gave them a burger that was already cooked for the price that they have to pay for the burger.

I'm not really sure what people expect, for five guys you also have to wait just like with wayback burgers. It's not a $2 burger from Wendy's or mcdonalds. It's a burger that is...

My experience that I am writing about is not typical of Wayback Burger but I am writing this due to a horrible experience. I walked into the store and the worker behind the counter did not acknowledge me for almost 5 minutes. I saw she was busy with online orders but I expected at least a greeting or I will be with you. When the counter person finally asked me what I wanted, she was rude, very aggressive when grabbing my credit card. Someone she had just served asked for her sauce while I was ordering. She nevet acknowledged him. The gentleman behind me was then called up and he refused until the previous man was helped. She still refused to acknowledge the other man insisting the one behind me get assistance. When he said he was picking up an order, she said finally! Then almosy threw the sauce at the other man who complained. She refused to help him more and they ended up in a verbal altercation. It took almost 20 minutes for mh order to finally be made. She didnt even start my burgers till 15 mins in and everything else was cooked. By the time my order was done, the fries and chicken strips were cold.

I will go back as their food is great, but I hesitate due to this one counter person. My partner has had no problems with them.

My advice? Try it. Food us great but do not expect too great customer service. Order online...

if i could give it a NO STAR i would! 1st off place was super smoky like it had no ventilation at all. I Ordered for my son who was playing a sport at the time a burger onion rings and a shake $30+ so definitely gourmet, right? WRONG, son finds a hair ball, not a hair but a hair ball in the burger, garbage. then the onion rings were hard as rocks but wait it gets better. I give him the shake he drinks it and theirs multiple little bugs at the bottom of the milkshake! multiple parents saw, it was gross. so yesterday i called, spoke to woman she was very nice, then the manager after her who said “he needs to investigate” still NEVER got the money back for the meal which i would think would be the barebones minimum ? while there saw employees wiping sweat off face w gloves hands, picking their noses.
