I never met an incompetent person before until I encountered this young winy white girl, with long blonde hair claiming to be a Manager, at Honeygrow in Hamilton Township, New Jersey. She works the front register supposedly, handling all orders and whatever else she does. When I approached the counter and asked about my order, she didn’t know when my order would be ready, nor did she know anything about my order. And her being smart, I showed her my receipt and she looked at it and said: “what does that mean?” Dummy, it means that O, I paid for my order and it should highlight what I ordered. My biggest complaint was that she didn’t know how to handle a refund pleasantly. I’m not even sure if I will get my refund back. She failed to follow proper protocol and assure me that my order was correct, and when it was ready. It really turned me off miserably. When I asked who the manager was, this incompetent person said, I am the manager. You gotta be kidding me, really? I just walked out the door. Personally, I don’t think she has what it takes to be one. In my personal opinion. To be a manager you have to learn how to deal with people and have public relations skills. Perhaps for her working as a cashier and cleaning bathrooms and waiting on tables may be a more suitable fit for you but not a manager. You have no management experience at all! She has no personality and doesn’t know how to talk to people politely. Because of this wanna be privileged teenager, having authority is underrated. And this company should fire her immediately or give her another position but not allow her to be a manager. That is over her head from a customer service standpoint. Which is the reason why I’m leaving this review about my experience being there. This young long blonde headed girl doesn't even know basic fundamentals about greeting people with a smile and that says a lot. So, again she lacks personality traits. I will never come back to this trashy place again. I was totally unhinged, upset and disappointed and disgusted. It was an awful first day visit. Do not go to this place please. For me It has been a one time trip, a horrible experience I...

I wait and wait. Finally I get ishawn and I said does this look like curry he said no dumped it and gave the slip to another cook to redo the order. I said to him do you know what sauce it was. He respond well what did taste like? I ask him are all your sauces vegan. He tells me look at the board. I say can I speak to your manager. He says I am the manager. By this time I'm completing frustrated with him and his lack of knowledge or how to correct this issue so it doesn't happen again in the future. He says to me want do you want me to do? I said first refund my money. Second train your employees to be more careful when preparing the food. There are many people like myself that are vegan or have food allergies. He didn't care. Didn't apologize. MY RECOMMENDATION FOR UPPER MANAGEMENT; TRAIN...
