Although she is not the manager, this young lady contributes a lot with the flow of the store to try and make it as efficient as possible. If she yelled, I can guarantee you that it's not her screaming at the other employees and more than likely she just had to get loud in order for an employee in the back to hear her to come up front and assist while she's still doing her job instead of pausing everything to go in the back to grab said employee. I have witnessed the amazing relationship between the co-workers and the way they joke with each other. No need to feel bad for any of their employees because if you frequent this establishment, you'd see what a sweetheart she is and how the staff there is like family to each other. She also has great relationships with her customers, myself included. The way she speaks with each individual customer is based on how well they know each other and each customers personality. Read moreI ordered a French Cruller, a Boston Cream and a large blood orange refresher. This was for someone else. A few days prior I ordered the same things. Besides the female attendant flubbing around on the speaker and repeatedly asking my order, I get to the window and see her sniffing and snuffling then wiping her nose with her right hand. She then uses her right hand to put the donuts in the bag with a tissue but no glove and use the register. I question the price and ask for a receipt to show the end recipient why there’s a price difference if over 70 cents. Same fumbling attendant cannot give me a receipt but says “French Cruller is $2.09 and Boston Cream is $1.30 (???).”. I open the bag, no FRENCH CRULLER but Apple Fritter.
