First off we do enjoy Marco's however tonight we placed an order online around 7:30, its 9:17 and it still hasn't arrived. 10 minutes ago I called the store and was told the driver left 10-15 mins ago and should be there in 5 mins.
Its 9:30 now & I just called the store back. Now they tell me that the order placed was for carryout not delivery. If that was the case, then that would have been our error, but WHY would you have said that the pizza was on it's way when it was sitting on your shelf. Also why after nearly 2 hours of the pizzas sitting there do you not think to contact the people that placed the order. So now my husband's leaving to go pick up the pizzas.
The best part of this cluster: The receipt was for delivery NOT carryout like they claimed. One of the pizzas was the wrong size. He said they offered to remake the pizzas but frankly it's now after 9:30. We'd rather take our lukewarm pizzas & reheat it than wait any longer.
Supposedly they'll be providing a refund but considering the song & dance they put on, we'll see how that goes. Maybe if they actually come through I'll update this but at this point I'm not...

It had double pepperoni on half and chicken and onion on the other half. Called to get another pizza and I was told I would have to pay to deliver it. Had to argue with the manager and they said they would deliver me another pizza no charge. An hour later no pizza. Called and they said it was on its way. 5-10 mins. Ok. 39 min later no pizza. Called and manager said it was on its way but they had their system go down so that slowed delivery. What? But ok. 39 min later themanager was angry that I called back due to no pizza. Then I was told that the pizza just left and was on its way. Manager said she didn't know who I talked to but they were wrong. Um. It was her. Finally got the pizza over 3 hours after ordering. Marcos dies not care about their customers. They have no customer service and just get mad that you called and bothered them. I will not be ordering from them...
Read moreWe ordered a salad and a sub for delivery, and every time we order we write "please call before arriving" because we live in a large apt building. The driver did not call before arriving, we barely noticed he arrived. After running down 3 flights of stairs to greet him before he left with our food we tried to pay our $25 total with cash. He told us he didn't have change in any amount. We ended up paying FORTY dollars for a salad and a sub because how can we break 20s without change?? They also forgot the extra dressing ordered. We work in service as well and it is horrible to come unprepared to your job. Every one of your drivers should be carrying something in change. This was supposed to be a cheap easy meal at home and instead it's a stressful experience and a waste of time writing this review. Won't be ordering...
