Megumi Sushi Ramen Grill — Restaurant in Hamilton

The second time eating at Megumi's we ordered the Spicy Miso Ramen and the Osaka Ramen. When we went to pick up after 30 mins, our orders weren't ready, so we waited for a few minutes. Asking if our orders could please be labeled so we will know who's is who's when we get home. After an hour of waiting for our online order, and asking once again where our food was, the cashier instead of speaking or providing customer service walked away while we were asking. After a few minutes she came back and gave us our non-labeled food. We asked her again which is which to which she responded with "I don't know." We left having to try and figure out which was mine, as the ingredients were all similar sans roasted garlic. The food, is delicious. However the online ordering and the cashier having little to no front of house training makes this a solid 2.

Had lunch there yesterday. , waiter gave me the wrong orde shrimp bentor, but changed it to the right one steak bento after I told him that is not what I ordered… manager said he took care of it and not charge me for the shrimp but I paid for the steak… the problem is when I got home that night, I had severe stomach cramps and bloody diarrhea… didn’t sleep the whole night and it continued the next morning… this afternoon my tummy start to feel better… I know the problem is the food they served me, since I only eat one meal a day and have not eaten anything else that day… not sure what kind of neurotoxins they added to my food but it was really bad… they apologized profusely so I never suspected that they will do that… the food was so so and the fried rice is not freshly cooked, it is dry and stale… so I warn people to think twice before eating in this place… very disappointed… and still feeling some stomach...
