My family stopped here for the very first time while shopping in Hamilton. I was not certain if the business was open, since there was no one else inside, not even at the counter. Upon entering we were greeted by a young lady who took our orders and prepared the drinks. As I looked around I noticed that the tables were dirty and there was food on the floor. We used some hand sanitizer and paper towels to clean off the tables. As I drank my smoothie I noticed that the floor had not been swept for a while. It's hard to believe that the people who work here do not have time to clean the tables and sweep the floor. The drinks were okay, but nothing special. I doubt that I will ever eat here again. If the owner reads this review, I urge you to train your staff to clean your business when the staff have downtime. Photos...

I ordered the mushroom crepe, I guess I expected the mushrooms to be cooked? They were just from a can, and rubbery. The cheese was weird and their spice blend wasn't very good. The drink was alright. The person on the register was friendly enough, but the kids behind the counter don't seem to understand customer service. I guess the kids made the wrong crepe for the woman that ordered before us, and one employee working the crepe station just ate the messed up crepe while they made the next order. I've worked in food before, I'm no stranger to eating food that's sent back... But use some common sense and eat it in the back. Unsanitary. I wish I would have asked for a refund after that. This was my second time in, there...

We found this small cute place while we were walking in Hamilton. The service was good but the drinks were awful. We threw them after few sips. I always get the strawberry milk tea with mango jellies but it didn’t taste like a regular strawberry milk tea 0/5. As for the other drink, I forgot what it was called yet it was bad as well 0/5. We also got the Nutella and strawberry crepe and it was delicious. The only cons to it, is that they don’t have or offer utensils. 3/5 I was really disappointed and I will not go back nor...

Quick stop for boba while in the area for a show at the Fitton Center and snagged a yummy crepe too. We got the Memphis crepe and it was A-MA-ZING. It was our first time eating a crepe out of a cone thing, but it worked. There was one employee there and she was absolutely rocking it and getting people taken care of quickly. We will definitely be back.
