Kelly's Bakery — Restaurant in Hamilton

To me, donuts are a way to forget all your worries behind, one bite a time.

Until a couple weeks ago, I never knew this bakery was in my city! For years, I've praised Ross Bakery and now the crown is on Kelly's!

I heard that the first weekend of every month they are open until 10pm, so I tried them out. Upon entering the building, it was clean, eye appealing and the staff were very friendly, which is rare in this day and age.

I bought a chocolate creme filled donut with a 16oz chocolate milk and it was only $3.25! When I bit into that donut, I wanted to go back in time where I ordered that donut again and again and again, just so I could eat it, well, again!

It was no joke the best donut I ever had and I'm so glad this place was made. Hats off to Kelly's Bakery for making my rough...

Came in Saturday morning to pick up 1/2 dozen apple fritters. From there we went straight to Nashville to see our friend, John Schneider (aka Bo Duke) from the Dukes of Hazzard. He starred in two Hallmark movies in April. He currently stars in Tyler Perry's "The Haves and the Havenots". Apple fritters is his favorite thing to eat! He played at the Ryman Auditorium and the hard rock last night promoting his new album "Ruffled Skirts". He is a good friend of ours. We gave him his fritters as soon as we arrived in Nashville. Do not recommend! My wife placed an order for cupcakes designed to look like a wedding dress. Originally charged $70 then when you an additional $18. So $88 for 24 cupcakes? This was not the issue. The issue was when when went to pick them up & reviewed their work, the quality was good. However, there was bug walking around in the cake box at the counter. When we showed her the bug, she made an attempt to get the hug out the box. Ended up smashing the bug in the box leaving its little remains there & closed the box. She expected us to still take it.
