I wasn't offered my receipt last night and for the first time ever I was treated and talk to and talk down on pretty bad by the person that took my order. I asked for my receipt so I can give it to my boss so he can repay me for everything that they were sending me therefore I've asked for the receipt for four or five times I never got it when the food came out 15 minutes later I still didn't have a receipt the orders were all wrong except for two of them I tried to put it in a complaint to the manager and I had to sit outside in the parking lot for exactly thirty-seven minutes and I still never saw a manager. So I was kind of in disbelief because they are usually the most energetic and OnPoint people that you can ever laid your eyes on. When the girl who took my order brought me my change back she brought me exactly $0.94 and change silver dimes and pennies and a couple of nickels that was kind of weird to me but upon her placing the money and my hand and she drops it on the ground and all she did was say I'm sorry and she walked away leaving me to get out my car to pick up my own change. It was one of those scenes to where you can tell that the person you're dealing with has a real bad attitude. When she returned with my order to say that I was ordering food for eight people I only had three of the orders right so I tried to complain I could make a complaint because I stayed in the parking lot for almost 40 minutes waiting on a manager who never came. I went inside to talk to her manager and I was told to I will be with you in a minute sir. At least 15 times. So I've seen the manager getting ready to pass I stopped him and I said sir is there a 800 number that I can call to make my complaint because I've been trying to make a complaint here for more than 30 minutes and I'm not getting any satisfaction and my order is wrong I need help. She was happy to press the button on the receipt machine and print out some paper wrote down the number laughed at me and said make sure that when you make your complaint that you tell them that it was one of the female managers don't say it was me. that was also weird so he said how can I help you so I told him what was going on with my order he took the bag back and he said I will make this right for you sir. After waiting exactly 40 minutes I'm trying to talk to the guy and I just ask for my money back he said that he cannot refund me but he will give me some extra food if that would be okay and I said that won't be okay because I was looking at have to order I did not make a difficult order at all. Five of those meals were kids I had two sandwiches for myself and some nuggets to my wife only had a sandwich and some nuggets and I only 5 sure when I do talk to the 800 number he wanted me to make sure to get the girls in trouble which I'm not that kind of person it was his fault matter of fact it was all the manager's fault because if somebody would have just spoken to me from the beginning I wouldn't have been going through none of this. I have never been disappointed going into this Chick-fil-A but last night was the worst performance I've ever seen coming from that place and I'm really really disappointed. So I'm going to try and call the manager today and see if I could talk to somebody and I really hope that I'm not wasting my time if I have to waste my time I'm going to redo this review and I'm going to let everybody know what happened. Read moreThis chick fil a location is terrible. This review is not written based off a one-time experience. This is based upon multiple visits within the last two years.
Every time I have gone through the drive thru my order is missing an item. We have missed chicken minis before, nuggets (both grilled and fried), sandwiches, sides, AND milkshakes. I have came close to writing a review for this location on multiple occasions, but have stopped myself every time due to the friendliness of the staff.
Tonight that all changed. My fiance and I came to this location to pick up some dinner before heading to a graduation party. We decided to enjoy our dinner inside since our drive thru order is messed up every time without a doubt. We ordered, paid, and then sat down to wait for our food. We ordered 2 meals: a 12 count meal and a chick fil a sandwich meal. After ten minutes of waiting we began to wonder why tables who ordered after us were starting to get their food before we did, but we decided to wait a little longer. Five minutes later we still had not received our food, so my fiance decided to ask what the status was on our order. They asked for his receipt, which he told them he didn’t receive one. Thankfully, I scanned my app for points and we were able to pull up our order on there (but we still shouldn’t have to, they should have our order on their screen). He sits back down and we wait for ten more minutes. We still had not received our food!! He goes up A SECOND TIME to ask where our food is. They told him it would be ready shortly.
At this point 7-8 orders that were taken after ours had already been completed with food taken to their table. Keep in mind, at this point we had been at this chick fil a location for 30 minutes without our food. Finally, a team member brings us our food and says “sorry for that wait.” Yes, a 20 minute wait for a sandwich, 12 count nugget, and 2 fries. We ended up being late to our plans afterwards.
If the staff had been more sincere, I wouldn’t be writing this review. I have never had a pleasant visit at this chic fil a location, which upsets me because I love this corporation. I do not recommend this location, and I hope their service improves as well as their order accuracy. Your customers shouldn’t have to come back inside after not receiving part of their order. Once or twice, okay… but every time I visit this location?...
Read moreUnfortunately, I have had two or three bad experiences at this Chick-fil-A lately and each time I have said they’re just having a bad day…. Today I decided it is time to give some feedback.
First of all, I asked to order lunch at 10:15 and was told I could not because they will not start cooking that stuff until 10:30. I wanted a chicken nugget kids meal, they already have nuggets cooked for chicken minis and typically they just ask if I am okay waiting for fries or will I take hash browns instead. Secondly, when I pulled up to the window I was handed my bag to which I noticed I was missing a scrambler bowl. So I told the girl and she said well you weren’t rung up for a scrambler so I would have to charge you for that. I then told her that I had a burrito in my bag that I did not order. Her response was, well would you just like that instead? When I told her no, she asked if I would just like a refund… so I explained no I would like the scrambler. She then told me that I was rung up for the burrito so she would have to refund me and rering me up for a bowl. She asked for the burrito and then for my card. She handed the burrito to another employee who then bent over and handed it to one of the cooks in the kitchen. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. I held this burrito… I also had my dog right there with me. I know standard practice for most restaurants is that they cannot take food back once they have given it to you. So now, she is calling a manager over to try to rering the order… the manager tells her to let me keep the burrito and she does not need to ring anything up. She hands me my card back and tells me that I can keep the burrito but that I can pull around to the parking lot to wait on it. I then explained that she took the burrito back already and she apologizes and tells me to pull around…
Then I get home and pull my bowl out… it’s upside down and not even full. I had to pull around to the parking lot for them to unroll the burrito and dump the contents into a bowl. I am just totally disappointed to see both Hammond...
