I have been going to Smoothie King for over two years. I love the smoothies and veggie straws I buy there. I even searched for a Smoothie King on vacation because I love the smoothies and that they are healthy. Yesterday, I went to the Smoothie King on Railroad Avenue in Hammond Louisiana. I ordered my usual smoothie and made my way to the back of the store to pay for my drink. As I approached the counter to pay I felt my feet slip out from under me. I was falling and I was terrified. I had to grab the counter to prevent a bad fall! I looked down when I could and noticed a wet spot all over the floor. There was nothing to alert me that there was danger on the floor. No one seemed to even notice as they were busy dealing with the drive through traffic. I could not believe that I was invisible or so it seemed! No I'm sorry or anything of the sort! I told them I almost fell down and all they did was clean it with a towel. I was livid. I'm aching all over. My neck is killing me from straining so I would not fall! I am outraged at the treatment I received at Smoothie King! I was a very frequent customer at many of their locations! All they had to do was put up a caution barrier to let me know it wasn't safe to walk in thay particular spot. So easy but it...
