I absolutely do not like Zales Hammond location solely because of their manager, who I believe her name is Sasha. Sheâs rude and a flat out liar. Iâve had a few issues with her but this will be the last. She told my husband that he needed to purchase a gift card in order to make a âcustom orderâ purchase in store. Mind you he has a Zales card. So he purchased a gift card with his Zales card to make the purchase. I did not like the ring and I decided to return it. Here comes Sasha with the lies! First it was my husband wanted to pay cash, therefore a gift card had to be purchased. I knew that was a lie because he would not have that amount of money on him. So since it was purchased with a gift card she tried to tell me that only a gift card could be refunded. Which makes sense but if the original payment wasnât cash and she knew that because she helped him! She even lied to customer service and told them that my husband told her that he was trying to surprise me, thatâs why he didnât want to use his Zales card and used cash instead. A Zales credit card that I donât have access to. She was just trying to secure the sale by using a gift card. Thatâs totally dishonest. Customer service was of no help or even concerned.    Read moreI went to buy a battery for my Bulova watch and, although I saw a unit behind the counter labeled "Watch Batteries" I was told my watch would have to be sent off because they didn't sell watch batteries in the store. The person who waited on me couldn't spell my name, address, anything. Then the store manager accused me of lying about the diamonds that encircled the watch face; she said they looked like crystals to her. So the young man tested them, and to her surprise they are diamonds. She was rude and condescending throughout the entire transaction. It will now take 4 weeks to get my watch back.
