Horrible place, I am ending my relationship after 16 years with CVS(i never had issue in other location), there were issues since long time in this location but kept ignoring. It was really hurt me when i was there to vaccinate my kids and inform her(service provider) my child preferences, she responded that “i do my way” I stop talking and just looking my child face who was afraid and not comfortable but got vaccinated from her. That was may be ok even my child felt odd and obvious. I even felt when she told her(pharmacist in their in store) colleagues at loud that people from outside counter heard and reported to me that “I have a dad teaching me how to vaccinate his child”. No preference was asked just had to go what she think. Seems like we should shut our mouth and she is doing service for us for free. That is so rude. Avoid this CVS. Refrain this place specifically for pharmacy. No one is responsible and respect you there.
The funny thing is had appointment via their portal under same cart/bucket for the given time. They put one in different location while others in there. No one really care and said go to different location for other on exact same time. Is it possible? Manager did not respond on my call and no one really try to apologies or response to my concerns.
I am surprised when I saw the others review about this CVS, awful. Dont expect answer to your call, issue and concern. They just digest. They dont care customer and they not care the customer care. They have no value for customers. They just...

We’ve gotten our prescriptions here forever. Probably close to a decade, if not longer. The last two months we’ve had nothing but issue after issue. We have two insurances and CVS just cannot get their act together with the first insurance. First it was “this medication needs a preauth so we followed up with your doctor”. So we waited. And waited. Finally it got to be a day before running out of the extremely common blood pressure medication before we thought “Let’s call the insurance company and see what needs done.”
We called the insurance company and they said no, that’s weird, doesn’t need a preauth. We called CVS back and magically they were able to put it through.
A few days later another refill came through. Again, CVS said “this isn’t the right pharmacy” which is probably the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard. My partner paid cash for the RX and left because he was so frustrated and can’t be without this medication.
I called back to figure out what exactly the issue is and I can wholeheartedly say the person I spoke with was likely exhausted and clearly stressed beyond belief. I get it. CVS is a horrible company for its customers and employees. But saying “I don’t know what you want me to do, we have a lot of new hires.” isn’t it.
We’re transferring our prescriptions in the morning because this is the final straw with the absolute dumpster fire...
Read moreThis CVS is ridiculous. The two associates from the Pharmacy on the phone were rude and weren't helpful. My doctor prescribed some medication to me and sent it to the wrong CVS. I called this CVS and they said I needed to call the correct CVS and have them request the medication over. I told them I did not know the name of the medication I was picking up and they said they would put it on hold so that the correct CVS could see it. I then called the correct CVS and they could not see any of my prescriptions and said that the Sporting Hill Road CVS has the ability to send the prescription to the correct office. Once again, I called the Sporting Hill Road CVS and they were not friendly and not helpful. She said that I AGAIN needed to call the correct CVS and they could request the prescription. I explained the situation and the fact that this was my 3rd phone call to CVS in general and she then agreed to send it to the correct CVS. She also did not say goodbye on the phone and seemed irritated to have to send my prescription elsewhere. Why did they have to make this so complicated? The other CVS on Gettysburg Road were so nice and gave me good directions as to what I needed to do.
