Quechua's Chicken — Restaurant in Hampden Township

Service and employee was very poor and very rude towards my complaint. My food was supposed to get delivered at 4:05pm it’s 6:30pm and i haven’t yet received my food. i proceed to calling the restaurant because my food once again haven’t got delivered, they told me that as soon as the food is dispatched from the restaurant it’s not on their hands. After several minute she said that maybe the food that was left behind could’ve been mine but didn’t even act towards my request to maybe even inform me what was left behind to see if it was my bag or not. Not leaving behind that this employee didn’t even let me explain my reasoning in calling if not she proceed talking over me. In my end, i completely understand but the least the employee can do is understand my needs and act upon being respectful. Food could’ve been made and altercation could’ve been avoided. Food was good, but expensive. I can get a rotisserie chicken from Sams (with different, but still delicious spices) for a quater of the price. Another time I went (a sat afternoon) I got beef fried rice, seemed no different than what you would get from Chinese takeout, but more expensive. Also I had called ahead to place the order, but they never picked up. After 4 calls to an answering machine with no identification, I drove over. I got to the counter and they took my order, then said they would call me when it was ready. They called me an hour later to come back and pick up. Probably some of this is just a new restaurant working out the kinks. Although good, I didn't find something to make me need to come back, but hey I only had 2 dishes. Don't know if I will go back, but would if the price came down. And maybe I just haven't tried the right dish yet. Oh, but I do like the exotic...

Service: 2 staff saw us as we entered the premises. None came to us. We waited for a few minutes before the waitress came to us. No apologies. I went to the buffet area to look at the dishes there was already a couple looking at them ( the server has to show the dishes to you). She totally ignored me and I could not see the dishes served. Food: It is not bad but it is not excellent. It was good. I ordered the "buffet" which is a dish that the waitress brings to you. You do not serve yourself. There are no seconds. One time only. You eat whatever is in your dish. You will have the chance of going to the buffet area and see the dishes that they have. We had rice at the center of the plate and around the plate we had: chicken, aji de gallina, lomo saltado, seco de carne with side beans and pork all in a small bowl with the exception of a chicken leg.
