Burlington — Local services in Hampton

If I can give this place a negative star I would since it doesn’t even deserve one star.

By far the WORST customer service I’ve experienced at a retail store. What kind of employee calls her mother on speaker while ringing customer out with purchases and left alone, never greeted a “hello how are you?” Or “thank you have a great evening.”

Just because you’re pregnant does not give you no extra right whatsoever to make phone calls while on the clock working with customers and they see you doing this action. How unprofessional!

This employee by the name of Tyshanda, needs to get retrained on her customer service since it was poorly demonstrated. Does not need to work with the public if her face is sour and no sunshine at all.

I am disgusted at how Burlington just hires anyone rather than people with great attitudes who wants to work.

Definitely will not return and will let anyone I know, to not let Tyshanda ring their items up or better yet, don’t go to...

Terrible treatment from the manager and cashiers who had no knowledge of how to make a refund and forced me to receive the money in cash. I went with the product, the ticket, everything was perfect as always and they asked me for identification, ok, then they told me that they could only give me the money in cash and I wanted it on my card. In the end I turned around and they are making fun of me and laughing at me, horrible, I will never return to that Burlington The worst customer service. The merchandise that was returned was exactly as I bought it with the ticket, everything in perfect condition. I was a TJMaxx employee, that only happens when there is no ticket and they also forced me to accept cash. The treatment in this place is horrible, in addition to making fun of a customer. I don't know why they have cameras if they allow this...

Why are the fitting rooms closed on a Saturday before Mothers Day in Hampton VA!! They have security, they have supervisors working ‘the floors’ but they can not pull one of those managers from their ‘back of the house’ duties to open the fitting room at a CLOTHING STORE!!!!! In the time it took the floor manager to make sure all the fitting room doors were locked, I could of tried on at least one of the 6 dresses I brought back there. I kept her with me explaining WHY the fitting room was closed ( short staffed) longer than it would have taken her to let me try on a dress!!!! So disappointed after spending 40 minutes selecting dresses...
