This location is clean, the games are working, the staff are professional. I've been in some Chuck E. Cheese locations where I wanted to pull out a vacuum and clean all of the tables and games with bleach wipes, but that is definitely not the case in this Chuck E. Cheese. I ordered the 90 minutes of unlimited games on a card for $29! This is not a bad deal at all! When you compare this to other children's game/eating stores you will spend a lot more than that on 90 minutes worth of playing games nonstop. We ate before coming to this location so we ordered 3 drinks and were off to the races. They don't have the Chuck E. Cheese band playing like I remembered as a kid. That's probably a good thing because they are kind of creepy to look at. One thing that I like is they request that you take a picture of yourself with the kids you are entering with so that they can see the picture before you leave so they can be sure that you are not sneaking off with a kid. I do appreciate that one extra step for safety. We had a great time playing the games at this location.

The place is clean and recently renovated. The updated decor looks good and makes it more modern as the puppets and stage area were outdated. There are new booths and tables and some games. When I was there, a few games were out of order, mostly the Skeeball games. The use of Play Cards instead of the tokens is much easier to play with. Don't have to worry about paper tickets anymore. Everything is electronic which is better and makes exchanging e-tickets for prizes a breeze. The salad bar looked fresh and the pizzas always taste good. If you buy a collectable cup, you can get free refills for the life of the cup! My advice is to buy time on the Play Cards instead of points. You can play as many games as you want during the time frame you buy. Such a good deal. Also, when I was there, Chuck E. will dance with the kids on the new dance floor which looked cute. Good place for birthday parties too!

This was the celebration spot for my daughter's 5th birthday. It was our first time to this location. Initially when walking in, my first impression was, "holy crowded". I was extremely let down to see that they did not have the "load a card" system. The token system is still in place. It does the job until your plastic cup of tokens gets knocked over or dropped... Which happened. However, the staff was pleasant and courteous. The food was good (and greasy, but still good). The drink cups seemed a little small, but I feel it is a budget choice by corporate ( not a bad choice, but visible). With the good and bad, we all enjoyed ourselves! We will probably go back, but on a frequent occasion.

Today I took my boys to chucky cheese in Hampton and they have added a trampoline. I purchased a silver pass for two months and it’s not included. It’s $10 a child Monday thru Thursday and $12 a child Friday thru Sunday. The Manager that was on duty Today and another worker needs to learn how to talk to children. Another parent witness the manager telling my child in a rudely manner to go find his person. My son is only three years old a person could be anyone. The other parent and myself agreed she should have said go find your parent. When I went to ask why she told my son he couldn’t get back on the trampoline she said he was slicing other kids with his play card but the other parent said she didn’t see him doing it and that the manager and the other employee had been being mean and rude to the kids telling them not to run, touch other kids and when they would fall down they would say get up very nasty and rude. The things that they say and do that the kids should not be doing is not written any where on the trampoline play area. It’s like they are sitting waiting for the kids to do something so they can say something and I believe one of the kids was the managers son went into the restroom use the bathroom and didn’t wash his hands and went back on the trampoline. They are very unprofessional and make you feel uncomfortable. It’s bad enough a lot of use paid for the 2 months pass and then they add the trampoline and it cost us a different fee for each child for them to sit there and monitor the kids the way that they do. Just nick picking about every little thing. I’m big on right and wrong when it comes to my kids and discipline them when need to be, but they really need a reality check, take a class or something or someone need to teach them how to speak to other people children because the next person may not be as nice. My kids and other kids didn’t even want to play on anything else but the trampoline. A lot of other parents stated they will be calling corporate as well because this is ridiculous. Surge and sky zone don’t even do that. The manger son was running on the trampoline and she didn’t sit him out or put him out and I felt my son shouldn’t have been told to be put out. I can see sit out for a...

Planned a party mega super star experience. Paid for 2,000 tickets for the birthday girl and only got 1,000. Was not given our collectible cups AND was not given goodie bags. They didn't have the party package we chose and substituted with something else instead. Chuck E Cheese had all of the kids chasing him around and wouldn't actually stop for 5 minutes to interact before disappearing again. The animatronic Chuck E Cheese would move around and tap his feet when there was no music going on. Half of the games weren't dispensing tickets. Then the waitress argued with us because there was no deposit paid when it was waived by a representative over their incompetent actions earlier in the week. Had to get a manager out there for that who was still too incompetent to understand that we talked to a district person to get the deposit waived. Absolutely no communication between them and the employees of the place apparently. This was a complete waste of money. We will never plan another birthday party here and I would never recommend anyone else plan one here either.

We were told earlier in the week to pay a $30 deposit but the manager refused to take a payment over the phone. We were out of state. The district person said they should have taken it over the phone and waived the deposit for us for the inconvenience of the manager not knowing the policies. The manager STILL told us they weren't supposed to take cards over the phone today. Apparently, somebody needs to brush up on company policy. This was NOT a good day and we will NEVER come back after this because they ruined our daughter's birthday party...

We went to this location on Wednesday Feb 11,2015 around 4 p.m (they were not Busy there were about 5 customers total in the whole building), when we walked in we had to wait 5 minutes for someone to even come over and stamp us in. We noticed 3 employees sitting at a table chit chatting up front and then 4 other employees at another table talking towards the back. No one came up to help us they just looked over at us.We waited 15 minutes before someone finally came up to help us!!! When the guy came up we asked him if he had any specials or knew of coupons they had and he said No just what you see. Now i know they have specials and at all the other Chuck e Cheese i have been to they keep a copy of their coupons for you to see and use. He was just rude throughout the whole transaction. He might have been a manager just because he was dressed different than all the others but who knows. Then a few games weren't working properly and only 1 person was around to even fix them, she was also the person taking tickets for prizes, so trying to get help was a joke and you waited forever! Then we go to leave and there are two ladies standing at the exit talking. Neither of which checked our stamps they just said "have a good night." The whole purpose of getting a stamp is so you leave with who you came with, and by not checking is a security issue. I mean I left with my own kids but anyone could have grabbed a kid and left. Not satisfied especially since I spent $70 and had a...
