Honestly worst nails ever.Wasted $45 at Nail Luv Salon. I recently got a full set from this place & within two days five of the nails had already came off. I went in to replace my nails & ask for them to all be replaced (because I knew the others would end up falling off as well) she then only replaced the nails that had fallen off, I just pushed it to the side. When she started to repaint my nails(2 colors) I nicely asked her if she could touch up the bottom of the nails that did not fall off since they were poorly painted near the bottom of my nails & she only repainted one of the colors & completely forgot to repaint the bottoms of the other colored nails. Mind you when I first went to get my full set I paid for gel nails. Once she started painting my nails I started to realize she was starting a second coat of polish before even putting my nails in the led gel dryer & told me to place my hand in front of a mini table fan to dry, I said "you do know these are gel right?" she responded "you don't get gel", I was honestly confused & trying to figure out how & why I wouldn't be able to get gel polish. I gave up at that point with trying to get my nails done right at this place. I did go with a friend that knows this place well and had been going there for awhile with her mother. They would get nail sets & fills from this place every time needed. But my friend mentioned to me that her and her mother stopped going there as well recently because there nails have recently fall off and there fills did not even last them for even 2 weeks anymore. I believe they are doing something to there nail glue either for cheaper reasons or for more customers to come get there nails done again. Im 5 days in & missing 2 more nails on my 2ND set as well. honestly a rip off, never will I go again. psa: the nails fell off by doing simple things like putting on clothes, grabbing something out purse, & folding boxes...
Read moreNo refills available. I waited near the register (the typical area to stand and ask for a refill in years past) I was ignored by more than 15 employees doing various jobs. I recognize their job descriptions may not have been to "help customers" but I thought I would at the very least have been acknowledged. Two managers stood within half a foot of me and never turned around once. They noticed me but were too busy delegating to inquire. After saying excuse me multiple times and being ignored by the young girl at the cash register while she had a conversation with the managers who were directly in front of me, I turned to walk away without the refill. I was promptly greeted by a young man, I believe to be the lobby attendant, who confirmed refills are not being offered at this time. I wish I had just been acknowledged and told this before I wasted 5 minutes being ignored. Or so that I could have asked for no ice, or kess than a full cup of ice. The prices have gone up, the portion of the kale salad is ridiculous. With it being the healthiest menu item, it should be offered in more than a bite size for $3. Probably will not be back to this location for quite a while,which stinks because it is the closest location to our home and work. Do better Chic Fil A - don't get so busy you fail to do small things, like staying neighbourly to your loyal customers. Way Over priced especially for the portion sizes. Read moreFood is very good and customer service is great, always pleasant and they're sure to offer condiments and even serve your milkshake with the whipped cream and a cherry on top (they also ask if that is your preference). Where they lose the 2 stars though is from the drive thru configuration. The line very often wraps around the building but there is no barrier or curb until you get past the order screen. This allows for the rude and unscrupulous patrons to cut the line at the front of the restaurant while you are yielding to the exiting drive thru customers as the signage requests (and common courtesy dictates). If it were a one time thing I could look the other way, but this is a repeating occurrence that I have complained to management about before to no avail. It may seem petty, but when you've already spent 10 or more minutes in line patiently it is very frustrating... and more so because it could be easily remedied by putting a curb or other barrier in place from the front of the restaurant forward, as I have previously suggested. Even so, this is still my preferred location due to the absolutely abysmal customer service at the other...
