Hello so my problem is I walked into the store 3003 w mercury blvd A.Hampton ,Va 23666 and I ordered 2 boxes of pizza and some wings well done I payed 26 $and some change they told me it would be a 15 min wait so I waited and when I went back in the store because I did go to my car for a few they told me it would be another 15 min wait so I waited some more now finally my pizza is ready they took it out the oven and have it sitting before they actually cut it and put it in the box as this is happening i observed delivery drivers walking in and handling food without washing they hands which is gross they finally hand me my food I leave and make it home it was about a 10 min commute I proceed to try and feed my family they dinner and as I was pulling the pizza apart the cheese from one slice was taking all the cheese and meat from the other slice because the pizza wasn’t cut properly and the pizza was also very dry! Now I open the supposed to be well done wings and to eat it they barely was sauced up which was suppose to be buffalo and very chewy not well done at all so now I’ve had enough I called the store and I got a manager name Devin or at lease he said he was the manager (Giving him the benefit of the doubt)but didn’t act like a manager at all I explain to him about my pizza cuz that was my biggest problem and talked about the wings but not really like how I was talking about the pizza and he said well I don’t even see your order I said yes I did he asked for my number I said well I don’t think I gave my number because it was carryout but I can give my ticket number so he says to me yeah your food was like that because it was sitting here for 40 mins before you actually came and got it I said no that’s not true because I came in and ordered and never left the store I was actually standing in the store waiting for my food so he says we’ll bring all the food back up here and I’ll give you a refund I explained to him if he can send one of his drivers cause I’m unable to come back he says NO i said well what can you do he says I cant do nothing for you you at this point I said well can you at lease do a credit and next time I come I’ll bring the old food he says no then he says fine I’ll give you 15 dollars I said I payed 26 dollars he said well that was for the wings and I said yes the wings were a problem to he said no you never mentioned the wings I said yes I did he says the calls are recorded you never mentioned the wings as to say I’m lying mind you his whole persona over the phone was very nasty and kind of rude I’ll save this pizza and wings for whoever want it I just want my refund that guy does not deserve to be a manager in anyway and at first I wasn’t even requesting a refund I just wanted them to make it right understandable it’s not they fault I can’t come back right way but don’t treat me like I’m tryna get over on dominos or something at lease offer a proper apology or fix my whole order if they didn’t believe me I’m the type I would of put that food up and brought it back up there next time I come just to prove I’m being honest and tbh that devin guy that’s not the first time I’ve seen him in action I’ve seen him argue with multiple customers in the pass but never knew he was a manager because he does not have the proper customer service skill but there a old stain “You today me tomorrow” I should have been stopped going to that store he acts as if he’s Mr dominos because I asked him for his manger he said with confidence I am the manager I said well can I have your manager he says with confidence again I’m the one you talk to all I’m saying is this dominos not good and if I don’t get my money back at this point so be it as lease I’m warning you you may come across a bad experience so be aware SMH but one thing I can say good about this restaurant they do have a girl working the cashier a young caucasian girl I don’t have her name but she always mentions her kids she always a pleasure to deal with always letting you know about the deals giving you heads up and very friendly whenever...
Read moreYou have got to be kidding me. Last night We ordered a pizza online around 12:20ish and it said 65+ mins. Cool. No problem. 1:15 rolls around and the app says he'll be here at 1:17 so we go down to the lobby and wait. Our delivery time keeps getting pushed back further as we watch on the app. the driver is driving around the area and all of sudden it says delivered. So we call and the Guy who answered got my order number and said the order was unable to be delivered because they couldn't find my address and that they had tried to call twice and couldn't reach me. Excuse me what?! I did Not have even one phone call or I would have answered. So this Dmitri character (the driver) straight up lied and said he had attempted to call twice and no one answered. So instead of them fixing the issue by bringing it to me, they said the store was closed and no one is able to deliver it! Well, what happened to our pizza? Did the driver eat it? Why can't you bring me the pizza now since you are the one that messed up? Not only this but the guy who answered kept putting me on hold "to speak with his manager". Then finally he comes back on phone and blurts out we are canceling the order and refunding you and HANGS up the phone....
Read moreThis is the worst Dominoes location I’ve ever come across. First of all, not even two weeks ago I placed and online delivery order and IT NEVER CAME. I called the store multiple times in regards to my order and no really helped me and just told me they were busy and someone should be delivering my pizza soon. The location closed and nothing came. Fast forward to today, I placed another online order for delivery and my pizza looked absolutely horrible. Not only did my pizza look horrible, but when I called to speak to a team member I sat on hold for 15 MINUTES. I decide to just go into the store and express my dissatisfaction and the team member laughed in my face. I also ordered extra garlic sauce cups and when my pizza was delivered, I asked were they in the box and the delivery driver said they should be. Of course they weren’t. The store wasn’t trying to give me my garlic sauce cups or my icing for my cinnamon bread without paying again. Horrible service and next time I will be ordering from Papa...
