Usually this place is great! There is a new blonde delivery driver. Her name I believe is Jordan in mind I order from here atleast 2-3 times weekly and I am most certainly as a result of me making my guests order from Dominos in Hampton NH. If I persuaded approximately 10 deliveries weekly. ATLEAST. This doesn't sound like much but lets be real after your delivery delivery charge, tax etc my average order would be 32.00 give or take for one pizza, cheese breads, and a order of boneless buffalo chicken 12 pcs.
Im not trying to be a pain in the butt, but when the delivery driver came to my door she was rude asked me for $17. and the change not exactly sure what it is. I proceeded to ask again the amount, and then joked with her as to how many of the Free Pizza Cards she wanted as a joke. She then told me "ALL TEN NOT ONE LESS" I told her ok, well ill keep one because your supposed to drop one off at the front desk, since I run the desk you can leave it with me so she didn't have to go to the front office which was CLOSED due to winter hours.
She told me she would not be giving me any cards, not one not two, but ZERO because I am not a REAL CUSTOMER I am getting pizza for free. Eventhough I paid out of picket $17 and change, so what she is telling me is I am not a customer. That's cute. I am not a "Real Customer"
After being talked to like this, I gave her $18.00 and sent her on her way, I live eat and sleep customer service, and well Jordan if that is who it is has very little customer service. I am so sorry but every single other delivery driver, are AMAZING. JULIE, Also The Manager Brian , and the awesome deliver driver who always wears shorts, that's a good man right there. Just all around great staff except Jordan I believe. Blonde Hair seems very confident and that's great and all but don't be rude to CUSTOMERS, I assure you the amount of money I have spent here just this year would astound you Jordan, why don't I stop by the restaurant and ill talk to whatever manager is around . I hope I can continue to do business with the Dominos in Hampton NH But until this situation is handled in some manner, I cannot refer Dominos in Hampton NH not because of the quality of the food (which is great!!!) It is literally the quality of ONE DRIVER. Customer Service Skills...
Read moreSo the online ordering isn't working and it won't let me place my order. I drive to the store and explain the situation. The general manager comes over to help and is pretty friendly at first but also wants to charge me more than what my online order cost. So then I'm like no I'm not paying more than what it cost on my online order. We try to figure this out and I come up with multiple ideas how to get it dealt with and she shuts down all my ideas and continues to tell me that I have to pay more that it is not there fault that the online ordering is down. That i either pay more or I don't order at all. So then I explain how messed up that is and that's both not okay options and she gets super frustrated with me and then tells me that there are 5 orders in front of me that it will take a half before she starts my order. Even though I tried to order at home 20 minutes before this...
Read moreAlthough they have one employee (Brian?) who probably shouldn't be answering the phone because he is always rude and impolite, the rest of the crew is wonderful. I've been dealing with the Hampton, NH store for years and they have always been great people to work with. The pizza delivery business is highly competitive. And although I am bombarded with pizza coupons daily, what makes me ignore them and make Domino's my "go to" pizza place, is that in addition to their great products, they have great employees. They go out of their way to get things right and on time. The pizzas and sandwiches always arrive on time and as ordered. I give them 5 stars (even though I've had several unpleasant phone calls with Brian), because the rest of the crew is top-notch, professional, and pleasant to interact with. I should have written this review months ago but, better late than never. Kudos to...
