Starbucks — Restaurant in Hampton

I ordered 2 iced drinks, cake pop, and a hot drink. I asked for a splash of milk in one iced drink, stated it was okay if it doesn't fill the cup, I understand just want a splash of milk. When we received the drinks, I noticed it was filled and milky, when Mary who was working the drive through window noticed her attitude changed, instantly irritated at I said I asked for a splash it was milky. After I recieved the drinks, I was astonished at the fact Mary's attitude changed from sweet to whatever, I almost pulled away without my cake pop for my daughter. So when I asked for it, Mary said I gave it to you, I stated no you did not, she looked around, again saying with a worse attitude I handed it to you, she saw it on the counter next to her checking again, passed it to me gripping the cake pop, and it was completely smashed no longer a cake pop. I am completely in dismay at how quickly her attitude changed when order was not made correctly, nor finished. Being in the customer service field for 15 years, manager in my field, I would have a sit down and maybe consider Mary someone who does not interact with customers or all together...

I asked for a iced oatmilk shaken espresso I’ve ordered this drink a million times… the first one she gave me I immediately told her that it wasn’t right .. it was so light… she was like oh yeah it’s too much milk. Then she gave me the 2nd one… it was slightly darker but still all milky and it was mixed… I had to park my car to go in to get a refund. The picture is right up on the menu and each time she did it wrong. I was annoyed that I had to wait in line… even though she saw me with the drink in hand and she walked away when I got to the counter then when the cashier asked her to do the refund she didn’t apologize or anything. I was only car in drive through and it took forever to gey my order, just 1 Frap. A girl finally came to window and said "can I help you?". I told her I was waiting for my drink. She grabbed it and handed to me and said "someone forgot to give it to you". The girl who handed it to me was not the same person who took my order, who was also different than person who took my payment.
