I arrived at Subway to pick up my doordash order today is Wednesday August 28th 2019 I did not receive my order until 5:49 p.m. the order was for Brenda p.... took them 10 minutes to fix the order did not get the order until after the delivery time for the customer. Both kids that were working in the store had a very nonchalant attitude When I asked for the doordash order. First when I walked in and they never acknowledged me standing at the express line. Then when I asked the young white male for the order he told me he didn't know how long it was going to be because they have a long line of customers. I then asked him was that the procedure to service walk-ins before online Express orders? He lied and told me yes. I immediately called doordash and filed a formal complaint because this is not the procedure. This inefficiency and ignoring of proper procedure has caused me to get a bad rating and for the customer to have a bad experience. My suggestion to this store manager/ owner is to would be to stop hiring young kids to run the store alone.I have been in here when she is present to run the store and it was completely different when she is away. In addition to the poor service the young black girl told me the customer specifically called them and asked them to add 2 chips to the order me but they couldn't do it because the customer didn't pay for it again not the procedure the merchant has an option on their kiosk to add up charges for the consumer they simply did not want to take the time to complete for auto properly. She then allowed me to walk out of the store without the chocolate milk for the order because she never expressed that I would need to open the cooler to get the milk out myself. Again this is not the procedure. I had to go back into the store to get the chocolate milk taking more precious time. After more moments passed, I started knocking on doors. Someone answered from the ladies' restroom. Less than 30 seconds after that, a female employee came out on her phone. However this time I was waited on by a young man who wasn’t very outgoing, seemingly in a terrible mood put out for customers. I saw him looking at the clock and said, shift almost over thinking I may be his last customer and he quipped back in an ugly tone not even close.
