McDonald's — Restaurant in Handy Township

I very rarely (if ever!) will leave any negative review, but today is the day. This McDonald's is so chronically disorganized and impossible to deal with. Today my spouse waited in the lobby for 41 minutes. Forty-one! For 2 breakfast sandwiches, literally made of English muffins, a slice of cheese, and a slice of Canadian Bacon. 3 other times this store has operated just like this so I can not blame this as an off day. Those times I had waited between 20-30 minutes for bigger orders. I also do doordash as a side gig, and I will adamantly refuse to pick up food from here due to the chaos and confusion that is ongoing. I lose money with this McDonald's as the wait times are so far from average. AND FINALLY, my school aged daughter was hired here. She never even made it to the orientation as they had systems down and then sent her a schedule that did not align with what they hired her for after several attempts to start. As an example, she couldn't start work until after 4 PM and they scheduled her to work until 4PM. It was impossible to communicate with anyone in that type of chaos. This place is a total wreck. Conveniently located, but it's not worth the hassle at all. I do not recommend coming here, and from now on will travel over to webberville or even Howell before I...

This is the worst McDonald's in Michigan! They are extremely SLOW! Close the 2nd drive-thru & don't block the closed drive thru so no one knows its closed til they set there & figure it out! Then today I go through the drive thru & get to the 1st window to pay & no one there...I wait like 5 mins & still no one. I only get 30min lunch so I drive up to the 2nd window & the lady tells me how much I owe. I asked her, why don't you have a sign posted on the window to let people know to drive to 2nd window to pay..the lady says, to her co workers, (we need a sign in the window..I guess!) Then she proceeds to tell me they hung a sign up, but it must of fell down!) 😳😡 I go to this McDonald's daily on my lunch. Always SLOW & unorganized & rude! I watched the manager look at me one day & she walks off & starts stocking things, while my drink & fries were sitting there & ready. I had to honk the horn & another girl came to window & handed it to me. Another day I sat 28mins in the drive thru waiting to get a drink & small fry. Someone needs to do something about this place. I made the mistake of coming inside where nobody can handle anything without a damn computer. I paid for two coffees that totaled $2.52. I looked in my wallet for (3) 1 dollar bills but thought I only had two, so I gave the guy a 10 bill. He typed it in (which aparently was the end all/be all because he can’t think or do math outside of the computer) as I found another 1 dollar bill. He hadn’t even gotten the cash out and I asked if I could give him the 3 one’s and get my ten back and as the look on his face told me his brain imploded he said he couldn’t do it because he already typed it in. Then a few seconds later a girl came out and handed us our coffee turned around to run back to the kitchen and said “have a nice day” while she was looking the other way. And already ten feet away.

There was two cars in the drive through, we were the only ones in the lobby, And there was at least five...
