Mountain Mike's Pizza — Restaurant in Hanford

On New Years Eve I signed up for the app and I placed my order from Mountain Mikes for delivery. I called the restaurant to confirm my order, the guy that answered said all was good and that I would get tracking details shortly. Perfect! Sure enough I get a text message with the delivery name of Lissete and a phone number. I noticed that the text mentioned DoorDash delivery. It then said driver on his way. My husband went downstairs to wait for the food since it was late and new years eve, he wanted to tip the driver. The next update was that she arrived, my husband did not see anyone coming in or getting off a car. Then the message says delivered handed to customer. My husband is looking everywhere but there was no one there. I immediately called Lissette and phone just rang. There was another number that said if any problems call there. Same thing , I called an no answer so I decided to call the restaurant and the guy confirmed my food was picked up by driver, and worse that it happens alot. I sent a text to that other number provided and all I got from them was "This is Doordash and we are contacting your driver".Absolutely nothing after that. I called the restaurant again and he said they would issue a refund to call back next day speak to a manager to confirm. I called on the 2nd, they said call back tomorrow. I called on the 3rd, they said he is not here but try tomorrow and ask for Joseph. Finally I touch basis with Joseph, he took my information and I stated what happened. He said the refund would be sent to the owner for approval and process. I called today for a follow up, and they said they cannot give me corporate number or email and i would need to call back tomorrow. Today is the 12th and no refund has been issued to my account. Ordered my pizza's online, early in the day. The order was suppose to be picked up at 5:45 PM. I arrived at 5:50 to pickup the order, I paid and was told that it was coming out of the oven and it would be ready in about 10 minutes. 25 minutes later, I checked for my order and I was told another 15 minute, 25 minutes later it showed up. How do you forget the pepperoni on a pepperoni and olive pizza. I stupidly rated the order before looking because I needed to respond to a different order's message and didn't want to just not review. Lesson learned.
