Subway — Restaurant in Hanover Township

I visited Subway on Catasauqua Road in Bethlehem, PA on 7/11/23. I tried to hand a coupon to the woman in front of me. The Subway employee shouted “no coupons - no coupons - no coupons”. The customer I tried to give the coupon to said “apparently they don’t accept coupons here” I looked at her and said “but I thought this was Subway” she said “this is Subway”. I said “yes I know but why don’t they accept coupons? Unless they just have the coupons printed so that customers shop at there establishment hoping to save money but end up frustrated and pay more when they find out the Subway coupons are not accepted at the Subway they visited.

The employee was putting BROWN lettuce on the woman’s sub. She looked at him and said “the lettuce is brown”. He just continued to put brown lettuce on her sub. That was when I said “I am out of here. You don’t accept Subway coupons even though you are Subway and you place brown lettuce on your subs!”

Because of the way I was treated by the owner and him serving brown lettuce. I will never buy Subway’s subs ever again!

Subway is losing tons of business. Everyone I talked to told me that they had similar experiences at different Subways that they shopped at and will...

I've been going to the subway since it opened after J subs left. And I never miss J's after that. Their sandwiches are always well baked well made to your specifications of what you want and usually when I get a sub I get a lot of vegetables on it so I call it my sub salad LOL. This store is always well maintained over the years it has been remodeled many times and the look of it is close to what Subway is but just a little bit different in the decor which is nice cuz it gives it a fresh look and more modern look which makes it look like subway of the 21st Century. Always clean no dirt and dust in the store the restrooms are always clean and well-stocked. The only thing I miss from Subway from years ago is they used to have stamps when you bought a sub any you would earn a free one. The employees are always courteous and friendly and patient with what you want on your sub. But that doesn't happen anymore since I know what I want with vegetables to go on the subs so that's not a problem but never felt less are always right on top of their make that sandwich as quick as...
