Giving this one star because the pizza was amazing but the service was terrible. The cheese pizza was delicious and soooo cheesy. It was literally perfect.
I went with my boyfriend and we were starving. The reason for the low rating is really the wait time and the service. The pizza took 45 minutes to come!!! 10 minutes just to be seated. We stood there and no one addressed us. We had to stop someone and say something just to be seated (it’s a small place they saw us waiting there by the counter and yet no acknowledgement….)
From when I ordered my pie to actually receiving it took 45 minutes. My boyfriend went to the front to ask about it since no one came to give us any kind of update.
After 15 minutes of waiting for it I decided to order an app since it was taking long — I asked a waitress what was in the rice balls (not my waitress because I didn’t see her for a while)… and I was answered very condescendingly… “it’s rice”… I asked if there’s cheese in it .. she answered “yes and cheese”. I told her I was between that and the stuffed shells, how are they? Another condescending answer “they’re basic shells”. I go with the rice ball. It comes out in 5 minutes. It’s a huge ball of rice with cheese, in a bowl of sauce and it has meat in it. I am a vegetarian.
Annoyed, I send it back immediately. Told my waitress what happened. My waitress told me it was only her 3rd day. It’s okay if she didn’t know the answer but the attitude was NOT okay. And if you don’t know go ask. That’s literally how you learn.
By now I’m hoping the pizza will just come so I don’t bother getting the other app. And literally 30 minutes later I finally get my pizza.
Idk why it took so long but I’ve worked in a pizzeria before and the waitresses demeanor to my questions and the wait was ridiculous. Maybe consider take out if you really...
Read moreSo not sure how this place has 3 locations. My wife ordered cream of chicken soup, was like water, not thick like cream cream of chicken soup should be. We ordered a personal pizza, tomato sauce tastes like it just came out of a can and added some spices for show. Crust was tough and dense. How does a pizza have absolutely no taste? Their pies are like something you get at a church kitchen. The one thing you will notice is the cheap prices, which at first glance seemed like a positive but it's not. The quality of food is garbage. I ordered the breaded chicken panini. It wasnt until after it was served that I caught on to their tricks. My panini was two chicken patties, the frozen kind you get from either On-Cor or Weaver. They then cut it in half long way so it's super thin to fill this entire focaccia bread. The sauce is poured on top and then mozzarella. The bread is no where near toasted how a panini should be. This is something you can make at home for like $3. They charge $11. And notice it just says "breaded chicken", not chicken breast or chicken cutlet. That's the manipulation. Garbage food. When we came in the place had about 6 couples in there, all looked like they were retired. This is their clientele, people on a budget who don't care about food quality. My wife ordered an Italian panini that was missing capicola. We were so disgusted we barely ate, we just took our leftovers, paid $50 which was not worth it, and left. Not coming back and I suggest you find somewhere else to eat, like McDonald's or Wendy's which is on the same level as this place. Before leaving my wife asked if there is anyone Italian doing the cooking, they said no. That explains it all. They have no clue what...
Read moreWhen they first opened we loved coming here!!! The service has been increasingly disappointing but we kept coming because at least the food quality was still good. On Wednesday both the service and the food quality were terrible. My friend and I both ordered the spaghetti and meat sauce.. we did switch our pasta choice to angel hair. The meat sauce was absolutely horrible it tasted like it was made with a very cheap hamburger and it had no flavor. We explained this to our waitress. At this point somebody came out from the back to say no no it wasn't anything wrong with the hamburger and did offer to make us something else. He then came back while we were trying to decide what we wanted to show us that it was the angel hair that was the problem and that it had been sitting in oil or some nonsense. Right after we got our food finally our waitress told us she was leaving but claimed somebody else would be taking care of us. I said are you sure because last time you left no one ever came to check on us and we finally just went up and got our own bill. She's like oh okay she's like well do you want boxes this was after we had just gotten our food. My friend ordered the lasagna it was also not very good. I had one of the chicken dishes it was okay but the pasta still did not taste right I went with spaghetti because they said there was something wrong with the angel hair. She ended up staying another half an hour but never came to check on us nor did she ask if I wanted the dessert that came with my meal. Sadly, In the few months they've been open they went from one of our favorite places to a place we will not...
