Im not sure what has happened in past few weeks but my daughter and I come almost every morning for breakfast through the drive thru, and usually the service is wonderful. Lately, I’ve received awful customer service and the incorrect order multiple times. I got to the window last week and was told that my chicken biscuit was rang up as a bacon egg and cheese muffin, but that they would give me the right sandwich. I waited 8mins for one single chicken biscuit. Should’ve just taken the bacon egg and cheese muffin at that point because my other food got cold. 😬The staff is clearly overwhelmed with the workload and they seem like they don’t know what to do in the morning. When I went to complain about my wait, the girl said she would get her supervisor but that he was in the back helping the kitchen. I was NOT going to wait again so I left. Also my daughter tried calling the store to speak with a manager an hour later but the phone rang 3 times and no one answered. The negative attitudes and constant mess ups has made me question if I want to continue spending my money here, it’s already expensive and I expect better service for the price of the food. I understand a few times being wrong because people make mistakes, but the service from morningstaff has been slow and rude almost every time I’ve been there in past 3 weeks. Would really schedule different people or a new lead in the morning if this was my store as they clearly can’t handle it, both in the kitchen and drive thru window. Probably won’t be returning for awhile until they can figure out what’s going wrong.
