Subway — Restaurant in Hanover

Came in to eat, the young girl was more concerned about being on her phone and not really doing her job. A guy came in behind me and she ended up taking his order well he was asking questions about his food and she walked away saying “why do you gotta ask so many questions” made a joke about how they were on TikTok and they got interrupted with customers and how TikTok is more important. The older lady who took my order beside what they were talking about she did good with making my food. Haven’t been able to go to any of the subways in Hanover without problems. I’m sorry just do better with customer service and stay off your phone. I worked in fast food it’s not that hard to do your job if you can’t handle the job you do...

Ordered two subs on the app this morning at 8:30. Picked them up and when I got home both subs were wrong! When I called in to say something the woman that was there (“the manager”) ALREADY KNEW THAT SHE MESSED UP BOTH SUBS! All she did was offer a 10% discount. I went back in to see if there was someone higher up than her in the store and she got snotty with me and said she could only give me 10%. I asked her to just remake the subs and she had to call someone (I’m guessing the store owner) to ask if it was okay to remake them! In the end I did get my subs remade after a five minute conversation with him and her being snarky and going in the back of the store while I was on the phone with the owner. Never going back...

The only reason I'm giving 3 stars is due to the fact that the 2 employees that were working while obviously being bullied by the woman name Keira Keiana. Or however you spell her name. She's the most rude ignorant arrogant person I've ever come into contact with in subway. She thought she was above her coworkers the way she spoke to them and treated them. Is ridiculous. I was so infuriated that I didn't even get my drinks I paid for. You should be a shamed to have a person of her nature work for subway. NOONE SHOULD BE BELITTLED FOR ASKING A SIMPLE QUESTION OR NOT MOVING FAST ENOUGH. Thank you to the young man and woman that were also working and kept a smile the whole time while she treated them...
