KFC — Restaurant in Harborcreek Township

I placed an order online, and the confirmation email gave a pickup time. We arrived on time and went through the drive-thru, but the employee said my order had just appeared on their screen. I was told to pull around to the front and someone would bring it out.

There were no designated pickup spots, so I parked where they could see me. After 16 minutes with no food, I went back through the drive-thru to check. The employee said, “Oh, it’s been sitting here on the rack—you can grab it.” I reminded her that she had told me earlier they’d bring it out.

When I got to the window, she said, “Well, at least it’s hot, right?” Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case—while the chicken was fairly hot, the biscuits were old, hard, and dry, and the mashed potatoes tasted awful. I've had it with the Buffalo Rd location. In the past they have omitted parts of my orders at least 6 times or more. Another problem I have with them is that they don't always give you only dark meat when you order it. This happens almost every time for some reason. This time I ordered online and purposely ordered dark meat as always as my family won't eat white meat. I end up throwing the breast meat away. I have grown accustomed to asking when I pick up the food if only dark meat is in the order. This time was like most other times and did not have only dark meat. They have corrected it in the past. This time they practically argued with me and did not simply rectify it. I will add that every time I go there I spend more than 50 dollars. This clearly isn't worth the aggravation . They lost a good customer....

This place should just shut down! Pretty much every employee I've had encounters with are ignorant, rude and disrespectful! You're more likely to get sick eating at this place because it's nasty and dirty af! They sell rotten old chicken and everything is disgusting! I had to edit this review and add to it since i unfortunately have to come in here for delivery orders! And even those are dreadful because you'll lose money when you have to sit here and wait 20+ minutes to pick up your delivery! Terrible! Place is nasty and dirty!
