I called this past Friday night and I live downtown on 11th and French Street 1st I called the Buffalo rd location and they told me that they don't deliver in your location and I told them why well sir they told me cause you are out are district we don't drive as far past the 900 block of the bayfront connector I told them our you serious he said yes I'm sure but he told me I'll connect you to the peach street location first the lady answer she was ok but I got the same response we don't deliver to your location and I'm like come on miss you got to be kidding me she was like I'm very sorry I know how you feel then she put her manager on the phone and he was very very rude man said hello who is this what's your name where's your location and I explained everything he's like ohh we don't deliver to your location anymore and I got straight with him is it cause of a bad district I live in he's was like noooo I just told you we don't deliver that far where you live cause your out of are district we don't deliver that far and I got very pissed off at him told him your very rude man that very disgusting of you putting me down like this cause i want a delivery you guys refuse to deliver food to my location cause I live far from you i was like forget you man...

The staff member was alone in the front of house, with myself and another party waiting to be greeted, phone ringing off the hook, and two tabled in the dining area. When the staff member did acknowledge me it was to simply say, "I'll be there in a sec." No "hello" or any other normal adult/customer service greeting. After a few minutes, she walked up to the counter, stared at the computer, and eventually I puzzled it out that no eye contact or general field awareness meant I was up next. When I gave my name, she said it wasnt there, more clicking, more clicking, found it, it hadnt even been started, but the whole situation felt more like it wasn't going to be ready until after the time I had placed the order for, an hour previously. I told her to nevermind, and went ti another pizza establishment. I understand being 'busy', but the lack of politeness, sense of urgency, and general inability to even provide average customer service was an experience that makes me not want to ever use this pizza hut location. The blonde ponytail guy that has been there on previous occaisions was always GREAT.

The time kept winding down on the app so I left work to go pick up my order, only to see an email that said my order had not been processed. Upon calling the Buffalo Road location, I explained the situation and that I had ordered at the correct restaurant and my card had already been charged, she proceeded to tell me they had no record of my order. So I attempted to place the order over the phone. I had full cell service at the time of calling, but kept getting disconnected with the girl on the phone. She had stated they had a really bad phone and thatās why the calls kept dropping. After 15 minutes of trying to order another one and getting disconnected from the phone several times, I finally just told her not to place the order because at that point my entire lunch break would be over without actually getting to eat my food. Iām very frustrated with the whole situation and if the phone is really that bad and online ordering seems to be completely pointless, Iām not quite sure how anyone places an order here without physically walking into the store. Wasted my entire lunch break and almost $20 on one pizza, this business is...
