We used to love this little Caesar's. It is conveniently located and quick. But lately they have really been subpar and the service is not great. We last ordered online on April 17th. My husband was running to the bank and then picking up our pizza. He got stuck in line at the bank due to covid precautions. He ended up being 15 minutes late to pick up our pizza portal order so the portal wouldn't open. When he asked the lady behind the counter for help she gave him an attitude and told him he needed to enter the code. He told her he did and so she looked up the order and told him if he would have been on time this wouldn't have happened and rolled her eyes at him at the fact she had to come around and open the portal for him. We said we weren't going to order from there again after this, but tonight we were hungry for pizza and decided to give them another chance. I placed my order online for 2 pizzas and 2 crazy combos. My oder was to be ready at 6:37pm. I got an email stating my order was ready so my husband went to pick it up. When he got there, there was only one pizza in the portal and no crazy combos. He asked me what all I ordered. I screen shot my order and sent it to him. He then texts me and tells me that there are a ton of people in the store who are complaining that their orders are incorrect or who have been waiting for over 30 minutes. When he got home I realized they never gave him the sauce for the crazy combos. He told me he had to show my confirmation email to the kid working because he had no clue what we ordered. The email clearly stated 2 crazy combos. I went to make my daughter a plate and pulled put 2 pieces of crazy bread and they were only about 3" long and had no parmesean on them. I understand times are crazy right now, but these are ongoing issues that just never seem to get worked on. I have on several occasions walked in to get hot and ready pizzas and there were none available and atleast a 20 minute wait. I can honestly say we will no longer be ordering from here. I'd rather pay the extra money and support a local mom...
Read moreMy husband called and ordered two pizzas tonight and since we don’t live very far we we’re on the way to get it within couple min. On the way there we got a flat tire so I called them and asked to cancel our order and we will call back to re order which their response was no problem at all just call us when you’re ready to order again. After an hour or so we called and placed a new order. My husband went to get it and the girl working there told him they made new pizzas which he trusted her and never looked to see. We came home and needles to say those pizzas were definitely not made after we called it looked like they were sitting there in their warmer for a little while. We ended up throwing away more than half a pizza because the crust was too hard and sauce was all dried up, we couldn't even bite through some parts because the crust was too hard. I guess for the price we pay I can’t expect too much but I hoped to be little better since we called and ordered...
Read moreI visited the little ceasars location in Harborcreek PA. When I arrived I walked in and it was about 90 degrees inside the store no joke the air conditioning wasn't on ( mind you it was 97 outside heat index of 105) the fact that they were letting their employees work in that is disgusting. I told the girl behind the counter I wanted 2 hot and readys and 2 crazy bread. She said well I have the 2 pizzas only 1 bread so you'll have to wait about 5-10min or do you just want 1 bread I told her no I want 2 please, I waited mean while 4 people came in after me and they received food. The cashier informed me that they only had one oven running to cut down on heat so everything was moving slow. I waited 50 mins to watch several people by now receive fresh food when in the beginning I was supposed to be only waiting the 5-10 min it takes to cook the crazy bread. Food wasn't bad but horrible service. I usually drive across town to avoid going to...
