Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Harborcreek Township

I don’t usually leave reviews on Starbucks but man I just had to with this one. For some reason this all female staff seemed to have an attitude. I dunno. Just wasn’t a pleasant experience i enjoy from a coffee shop. I worked as a barista so I’m well aware of what good customer service looks like. Please try to be a bit more pleasant and friendly or conversational. I guess I’m not alone cause three other reviews on here mention staff being “rude” and one saying they had an attitude. lol not sure what it was about but hopefully they’re in a better mood next time. Delightful opening day , had to check it out word to the warning although it is wheelchair accessible the single manual entry door by the ramp opens out from the left so a wheelchair has to pass the door and turn around to go in if somebody is holding the door for you you can’t pass them without driving off the curb . In every other way it bright friendly and welcoming , fresh coffee pastries and munches . The bathrooms were new and first rate with Accesible sink & toilet and nice sturdy grab rails for transfers . I did not check the WiFi well there but did see a customer using his laptop , so I’ll assume...

3 stars for food, ordered the bad dragonfruit drink, delightful only issue was I asked for the ingredients and the staff member stared at me and said "Bones??"........ 5 star for service, person helped me, I think his name was Rest Lessdraugr. 2 gold for atmosphere...... Very grim..... Was it necessary to hang the bone chimes outside the store???? (Picture of storefront and the bone chime I was talking about below) Like seriously!!! I could've sworn I saw a Mud Crab or whatever they're called in the bathroom unprofessional....
