If I could give negative stars I would. I went to the counter to place my order. No one greeted me no one asked me if I needed help or acknowledge me. A couple comes in and everyone greets them takes their order and they say nothing to me. Finally someone asks can I help you rolling his eyes like he didn't want to be bothered. I place my order and I asked them is it normal to take other people's order when I was there first. The cashier Erica Rubio says she didn't see me along with the other staff. This is not true, I looked at each and every one of them waiting for them to take my order. I hand her my card and ask for the manager. she rolls her eyes and says she's over there eating. She then tosses my card in my hand almost making me drop it along with slimming my food on the counter. I go to tell the manager and Erica is yelling from behind the register, I did nothing wrong. Her manager tells her to be quiet. I asked for my money back because, I am upset with the service I have received. She tells me she is unable to give me a refund but she can give me a number to call to get my refund. I go out to my car and call the number, as I'm calling the number Erica comes out of the building with one piece of trash in her hand and is looking in my car mouthing off and giving me mean looks. The number that the manager has given me Nancy is the manager's name is not the correct number. I go back in to let the manager know the number was incorrect and not only that but Erica was behaving unprofessionally and mouthing off. she is now yelling from behind the register. So I let her know the correct response was to apologize and to see what she could do to fix the situation, not to continue to mouth off. The whole time the manager is telling her to stop talking and to go in the back. She then looks aggressive like she wants to fight and I'm not no punk. I asked her what she wanted to do because I will call the cops. The cops are then called. And I'm trespassed from the establishment when it could have been handled a totally different way. Erica was extremely disrespectful and aggressive.I have contacted corporate and I have gotten my money back. The service at this establishment is always far from acceptable. I eat here often and normally ignore the horrible customer service. This was unacceptable unprofessional and out of line. Corporate has apologized but I will never be returning to a Panda Express again in my life nor will I recommend it. I do not want to think that I get poor service because of the way I Look. I work in customer service so I have a great deal of appreciation when it comes to people who serve me I try to treat staff how I would like to be treated because I know in a service industry how awful in rude people can be and I would never want to make people feel the way I was made to feel today I really hope this Panda Express will do better But they have lost a...
Read moreI stopped at Panda Express today to get my meal that was owed to me as a remake. It is veterans Day so I thought it would be a good treat. Started off as me pulling up to the window and explaining my situation. The lady at the window bluntly stared at me and said why are we doing a remake. I explained the details and that I had spoke to the manager Miss Maria. I was in the books. She said do you have your receipt I started looking for my receipt and she bluntly said I cannot do anything for you without a receipt and started to close for window. I told her my name is in the book and I am looking for my receipt. The meal I asked for was a plate with orange chicken instead of sesame chicken that I had gotten the night before. The lady at the window told me that I had to get sesame chicken anyways. I told her that the reason I called to complain about it was because I did not like the sesame chicken. She says the policy is you have to get exactly what you ordered. And told me for me to get the orange chicken I would need to pay $5.63. I handed her my five and she smarted off at me saying I told you $5.63. I told her take my five I'm looking for the .63 in change. Because of her attitude I asked for her name she says it's right here on my name tag. Now put into mind I wear glasses I am disabled I'm on oxygen I'm a veteran and it is bright outside. I explained to her that I could not see her name tag she says it's right here I said can you please just tell me your name and yes I said please. She would not so I almost had to get out of my vehicle just to read her name tag. By the way her name is Gabby. So I said Gabby why couldn't you just tell me your name she said because she didn't have to and I was still trying to talk to her and she closed the window in my face. I could still hear her laughing with her two friends about what had happened so I did get irate and I did tell her to come outside. When I returned home I called the store and spoke to the manager Miss Chelsi. She told me that Gabby had every right not to tell me her name. Read moreThe employee rang me up for one thing. Then AFTER I swiped my card, the employee called a woman over and she switched the order and completed the transaction. Then I asked why, a group of four had to put their heads together and discuss it amongst themselves then offered me little explanation. They could only offer me the receipt. So I asked to remove a portion of my order. They advised me that they couldn't. So I asked to cancel the entire order and the entire group became confused. In an attempt to keep my freedom, I then left the store location with no food and yet still a charge on my card. This tactic of switching charge amounts after taking payment is fraud.
I then called the location to obtain the store location # and the guy didn't know, I asked if this location is owned by corporate or an individual, he didnt know. So I asked for the manager on duty, he places his shift lead on, she lady didnt know either. Wow, these are things a MOD should know!
As I read the large amount of 1 star reviews, its unnerving how the store manager is able to keep their position. I'm thinking the right person needs to be made aware as the employees here are really damaging the brand's reputation. All in all my bank will do a charge back and the store will have one more 1 star review. Surely after enough, someone will take appropriate action. Honestly it was only $5 more but I'm curious how long they've been doing this. Be sure to check your card transaction history if you visit this location.
Update: I called them today 1/26 to get it resolved and the manager on duty interrogates me asking why I don't have a receipt and how is this fraud. I literally had to spell it out for her. Why have a receipt when I never authd the final charge nor received the food? All she could do is suggest I call corporate because it was too confusing for her to comprehend. Well now they can deal with my bank as I got my charge back. Gotta say this goes beyond just having incompetent kids there, the adults are the ones that hired the kids and it really shows where the blame...
