Came in today excited to see what i was ordering today. I walked it to two employees behind the counter printing reciepts. At which point i grab a menu and wait until the look up. They did not and i places the menu back on counter and said "thank you". As i am leaving i hear one pf the employees state " why is she so rude" to which i return and ask to speak to manager. "Caitlin" comes out and explains that system is down and that she apologizes, however i am explaining that system down does not excuse them not acknowledging a customer coming in and letting them know they will be right with them. She continues to state she has apologized and that she doesnt know what happened but they have been workibg there for a year and have never had a complaint. I state again that basic custumer service training should of never happened. That is when one of the young women yells from behind cash register area that she doesnt understand why im still complaining and that they already apologized. I look at the asst manager and ask why is she yelling at me. She states that the situation will be handled and that i dont have to tell her jow to do her job.
Employees are never bad, they are just undertrained and do what they have been allowed to do. Example asst managers response to complaint of employees needing more training....

Read moreI normally order my lunch from here using DoorDash; furthermore, I’ve been previously happy with this locations service. However, today 10/21/2025, I asked my wife to grab lunch for us both to eat together in person. I sent her to schlotskys with a $100 bill to pay for two meals. They told my wife it was $30 and some change, but gave her no receipt and only gave her $60 in change! She told me what had transpired so I called the location, requested the give us the rest of OUR money, and my wife had to go pick it back up. The manager rudely gave her the money and slammed the window on my wife, as she was trying to say “thank you.” This location now has lost not one, but two loyal customers. I would highly advise people to turn away from places that are ran like this. It is a scammy practice to withhold correct change, receipts, and then to be rude when called out for your malpractice. I pray and hope, that more people do not fall for this. I hope the workers aren’t influenced by such actions. Read moreWell started out a little rough in the drive thru. I had problems being heard. Tech what can you do sometimes. Well I was told to go to the window, so I did. I started asking some complicated questions and decided to go inside to allow the customer behind me to get that delicious food.
Now inside was like night to day. The sun came up and it was a totally different visit. I ordered the NEW CHEESY MEAL DEAL with a Chicken Bacon Smokecheesy, Small Mac & Cheese and a medium ice cold beverage. I added onions, lettuce and tomatoes to the sandwich. WOW JUST WOW. Rhe food was on point. Service was top notch. The sandwich and the cheesy Mac got brought to my table. They gave me a hot giant Cinnabon Cinnamon Roll free for the trouble. They didn't have to do that but, hats off to them. The manager on duty was very knowledgeable. The inside was nice and clean. But the food, yeah that delicious or ddeelliicciioouuss.....food.
