Beef-A-Roo — Restaurant in Harlem Township

Placed order #316 on 7/29/2023 at 5:17pm. They forgot one of the milkshakes. Had to park and unbuckle a toddler to go backside and get it. Got a mile down the road and realized they didn't put any sauces in the bag for our 3 Chicken Tender meals. Had to go back and park and go in again with my toddler. Finally got home. Missing a fry. Wish they would make sure everything is in the bag before they give it to you. Or have 2 associates check the bag. Huge inconvenience. Expect better when you place an order over $100.00.

Update: Went here again on 6/28/24. Waited so long for the food the lady gave us a coupon because of the wait and they still were missing items from our order. Don't underestimate this place to mess things up. I wouldn't go to this place if my girlfriend didn't "love...

The service is always friendly and fast. Two people in the party had burgers cooked to order, by the time we were done paying the burgers were ready. I had their new chicken salad with Pico de gallo, roster corn, and black beans. I opted for the avocado as Nd it was the perfect as addition. My husband loves their seasoned cheese fries, so if course those were with our order. The only drawback was the other order of fries were missing, so they gave us a coupon for a free drink for having to wait for the fries (it really didn't take that long and we didn't even notice till they handed us the coupon). I bought 2 same type of sandwiches-one for my myself and one for my guest . This was my introduction to the new breakfast menu and I was excited about it. I received a tiny half sandwich. The person I was with received at least a normal half sandwich. I think it was misleading to pay 5$ for a sandwich and get obviously less than a half. My coffee was filled w lumpy cream.
