The people here are absolutely insane and should be embarrassed they operate the way they do. My girlfriend and I just left a metal concert at the venue down the street and we stopped in to grab a pizza on the way back to our hotel. We were very polite to the lady who took our order and we kept to ourselves while we waited. My girlfriend shattered her spine recently and has several rods and metal plates on her spine, and cannot bend down or bend over and needs help standing up or else it will cause her serious pain, so she needs help going to the bathroom. While we waited for our pizza, we went to the bathroom which was a single stall bathroom, we went in together and the lady who took my order went as far as banging on the door, we thought it was someone else trying to use the bathroom, but when we came out, she rudely was like "there's only ONE person in the bathroom at a time." First of all, why this was SO important she felt the need to walk over to bang on the door while someone is trying to PEE, but to demand that your PAYING customers are not allowed to have assistance that they NEED is absolutely bizarre to me. It made us BOTH extremely uncomfortable. So if you have a disabled or elderly person who needs assistance to use the restroom, this isn't the place for you unless you like to be hunted down while you're trying to pee in private 😂 The food was also trash. We ate 1 piece of pizza and threw the rest away. I would give it 0 stars if I could. Service = appalling Food...
Read moreOrdered a grilled chicken salad to go, with oil & vinegar on the side. The salad was wonderful, and plentiful however I am on a extreme low sodium diet. The chicken was too flavorful, and I suspect was prepared in a salt based marinade (my bad, I didn’t ask). But my real gripe is that after eating the salad with about half the 4oz container of dressing, I noticed that there were spices settled out in bottom of container. This WAS NOT oil and vinegar, but rather a vinaigrette dressing which I’m sure was high sodium. If you ask for a specific dressing, they should supply that, not substitute what they think should be ok, or at least advise that they don’t have that. (unlikely since they are an Italian cafe/sub shop). Now I have to arbitrarily adjust my sodium intake for the next 24 hours based on unknown variables. Also they did not offer the salad without fries (which isn’t on my cardiac diet), ordered without fries, but they charged regular price. I paid it willingly, but think it is outrageous when you are trying to make healthy choices, they force you to eat unhealthy food, or pay for something you can’t eat. I would say most people ordering a salad at a place specializing in sandwiches is probably on some kind of diet that...
Read moreBeen going here for a few years now. Never once had one problem not even anything made wrong until the summer last year. Right after it was closed down due to covid-19 and then reopened i noticed there was a few new younger employees and thats when things started going downhill. The first order we placed everything was wrong and the owner replaced 1 of the subs and that was it. The second time things were wrong again and the owner started accusing me of lying and saying i was just trying to get stuff for free even tho he knew we were regulars and had never once complained all the years b4. So needless to say we stopped going there for quite awhile. We decided to try them last week again and again 2 things were wrong. I didn't even bother to call cause of how rude the owner was the last time. But we r now officially done. Veryyyy disappointed. We watched this place go down hill and the owner is in denial that his newer employees mess up all the time now. The food is usually pretty good here so if u decide to eat here i recommend u check ur entire order b4 u even leave the restaurant...
