I am a frequent loyal customer. Every other Friday I order 4 or 5 pizzas for my family via the Domino's app for store pick up at 4463 School House Commons, Harrisburg, NC. I enjoy the points I earn via the app for free pizza. Every experience has been awesome until last night. 1 of my pizzas was free because of my points.
I order via the app and always pay at the store so I can receive a veteran discount. Last night I was introduced to a new Store Manager. The manager said there wasn't a veteran discount. I told him, I had received the discount every time I ordered. He said that was a mistake. I explained I had been receiving the discount and even offered to show him my previous orders via the app. He refused to listen and then became aggressive towards me. I asked him again to let me explain and then he responded "I won't even give you the discount because you feel entitled."
I was very disappointed to hear this and experience his unprofessional behavior. The manager said he was done talking to me and I was told to get out of his store now.
Look, I know this pandemic has stressed everyone and I am very mindful of this when out in public. I was reasonable and conducted myself accordingly, but the manager was unreasonable, unprofessional and it was especially hurtful for him to tell me to leave the store.
I have never, ever been told to leave a business before, especially when I did nothing wrong. Needless to say, I won't return while this Manager is at this store or until he has been retrained to interact with customers and provide better customer service.

I placed an online order for carry out for two 8 piece chicken, a large pepperoni, and a medium pizza to include chicken, spinach, banana peppers, and bell peppers. Once I arrived at the store I greeted the employees and asked for my order. I was directed to the monitor stating “is your name on the board” it was not there. A different employee asked me my name then presented me with my order. I left to store and went home. Once home I noticed that my medium pizza did not have chicken so I called the store. The first person I spoke with asked me about my order and began the process of comping for with a pizza at a later date since I explained the inconvenience of returning to the store the same night due to work. A second person came to the phone and told me he specifically remember making my pizza and knows he put chicken on my pizza. Confused and insulted I asked “you’re making me return to the store to show you my pizza to prove that there is no chicken” the employee stated “yes.” Once I arrived at the store with my chicken-less pizza (very angry, hungry, insulted, and confused) the employee looked at my pizza and stated “I guess there’s no chicken on it” as if the fact of me actually driving there to prove a lie never crossed his mind. There was no apology for my inconvenience just remarks stating that customers lie all of the time to get free pizzas. Needless to say I will follow with a district manager and corporate. Read moreWe lives less than 5 miles from this location, less than a 10 minute drive. We started ordering from here with no problem having it delivered and then I called one night and was told they don't deliver where we are, after a 15 minute conversation with the manager and a driver testing the drive time she called back and apologized, that was 1 year ago. Tonight I call place my order as always, pay for it and 35 minutes later get a call telling me we don't deliver to your area....HERE WE GO AGAIN!!!! You people need to figure your business out, good luck to anyone who wants reliable service, you won't get it here!!! This does not even mention the multiple issues we have had being put on hold for 10+ minutes at a time, poor customer service, delivery drivers forgetting stuff and then taking forever or just not bringing the correct stuff back out (cause they don't have time, excuse I have gotten)...good service is definitely HIT OR MISS!!! You ask why we still bother coming here, the only answer I have is this WAS the only pizza place that delivers to us, but after tonight, WHO KNOWS!!!!
*Update:. Where my original review was a 1 🌟 I decided to change it to a 3 🌟 today. The new manager took time to reach out and listen. She went above and beyond in communication and worked to provide good customer service!! That is what truly makes a business stand out, their willingness to try!!
