Dunkin' — Restaurant in Harrison Township

Usually i have a good experience here. But today i ordered an iced latte and must have accidentally activated a coupon for iced coffee so they tried to give me the coffee and when i said that was the wrong order, the gentleman gave me the iced latte so i put it in the cup holder as i waited for my sandwich when another coworker told him he had to take it back because my coupon was for iced coffee. They literally made me give them the latte back that i already had in my car! Gross. Then i said multiple times i would just pay the $2 difference for what i wanted as i did not mean to activate any coupons for coffee and they would not let me. I called and the “asst manager” gave me a credit stating she didn’t realize i was trying to pay the difference but i didn’t go back. They were incredibly rude and so dramatic over $2 it was unbelievable and im still appalled they took my drink back when it was already in the cup holder in my car, isn’t that a health...

We live close by to this Dunkin’ and everyone is great beside the lady that was working the drive thru this morning. I have seen her many times and every time she is grumpy and seems annoyed by working. This morning was the worst though, i ordered a signature pumpkin spice latte and she handed me a cold brew drink. I looked at it for a second and politely said ma’am i don’t believe this is mine, she then annoying asked well what did you order then and i told her and she made a remark to a co worker and handed me the correct drink. This is my favorite dunkin donut place but recently i have been disappointed. Different occassions but same person. Three times had given me the wrong order. Of course i am in a hurry dropping off the kids to school and everything, i didnt check my bag. 1st i ordered the sausage and egg on a croissant sandwich,when i got home i got just a croissant. 2nd, i ordered the same sandwhich w 3 donuts.
