To start I didn’t have the best experience. We went in the store Saturday Jan. 2nd to look at furniture and picked out the one we liked. We filled out some information at the store and was told our furniture would be delivered Monday or Tuesday. Well Monday got here and I hadn’t heard anything so I called the store, the sales associate told me he’d call me back in an hour. I never received that phone call. I waited until Tuesday evening to give them another call and again was told a manager would call me. There was confusion about our application and what furniture we wanted due to lack of communication between store associates. At this point I was pretty irritated, however we decided to proceed with the application because we desperately needed the furniture. We were told that it would be delivered Thursday between 3 & 5. I called to verify and was told that it would be later. They finally arrived at 6:30 and we started signing paperwork, we were never informed about what we were signing, so of course I asked the questions that I knew to ask but the lack of communication and clarity from the driver wasn’t the best (maybe not his job? I’m not sure). While we are satisfied with the quality of the furniture, we got a reclining couch and love seat, we are not satisfied with the quality of customer service. I spoke with Dionne and Tyler today about my issues and they were professional and friendly, however these issues were enough for me to decide that I will not be purchasing anything from Rent-A-Center...
Read moreWell first of all, we went to this location to look for a couch, washer and dryer. We walked into the store and the store was a complete mess. Nothing was organized and it was horrible. I’ve never seen a store so unorganized. The store in general had a horrible smell. But nonetheless we needed a couch and we found one. It looked nice at the store but then when we got it home, it had other people’s pet hair on it and I had to sanitize it because it smelled horrible. So when they finally come and got it, when they got done they left the door wide open WHEN they left, with no regards to the air conditioning being on or the fact that I have cats. Read moreI'll be glad when my payments are over. If anyone has ever been the king of deception it's RAC. I was sent an email telling me that if I enrolled in auto-pay then after every 4 payments I would get a payment break for 1 payment. After 4 payments went in I got an email saying that I got 1 week off applied to my account. The next day a payment was pulled regardless. I called and complained and at first I was told the payment amount was taken off of the END of my agreement amount which is not what the email said. So I hung up and checked my email. This time I pulled up the email, called them back and read it out to them. I was transferred to the manager who told me the same thing I had already been told.
