I’m going to edit this review to say that these folks have taken an honest review of their product and twisted it to suit their agenda. To much of that is going on in this world. The truth is I have had people contact me through this and said that the cupcakes are going down hill in quality. They threw theirs away also. Not only did this company not take this seriously but decided to post on their page that they were being “targeted “ by a “group” of people because of a “personal” issue! Not only is that not true it’s laughable! 1) I spoke for myself on this issue. I made it clear it was about the quality (or lack there of) of a cupcake that I purchased on Jan 16, 2024 at approx 3pm in the flavor of chocolate cookie dough. All they had to do was respond and offer a “fresh” one but instead they chose to block me from commenting any farther and then posting on that same page for people to go to google and post so that their google rating would not go down 🙄 I have proof of all that I am stating for anyone to see. 2) if they want to bring up any personal issue I will be more than happy to address that with them and all of social media since I have absolutely NOTHING to hide. I will be MORE than transparent on any topic brought to the table!! So again, the cupcake that I bought was dry either because it had been frozen, left out, put aside or any other reason. A good question(s) to ask this company would be do you freeze your cupcakes?? Do you make them fresh every morning?? Do you throw the ones that you baked that day away at the end of the day or do you carry them over?? If you carry them over do your clientele know that they are leftovers?? Put the feet to the fire and get real answers. I had been a long time consumer of this business and had been told the cupcakes made fresh everyday and what did not sell got tossed at the end of the day. I think the real problem here is that I busted them on selling a product that was not freshly baked. I bought my purchase on Tuesday. The business in question here is closed on Sunday and Monday. I will leave you to your own thought of how old that cupcake might have been. It’s pretty cut and dry pardon the pun!

This place use to have fresh cupcakes. I and some other customers have been noticing that they are crumbling and not moist anymore. They haven’t been fresh. This place has stated that they make them fresh everyday and get rid of the old. Apparently, that is not the case anymore. I bought a cupcake on Jan 16, 2024 (Tuesday) around 3 pm. I threw half away because it wasn’t fresh. Chocolate cookie dough. Keep in mind they are closed on Sunday and Monday so if it’s not fresh on Tuesday when was it baked?? I posted this fact on their Facebook page. Someone else commented on the same problem. (She had bought six and threw them away also) these cupcakes are not cheap. Not only did they not address it for either of us but they deleted the comments AND blocked ME on Facebook not the other customer. Keep in mind that was the only comment I posted. It was not disrespectful but it was true. I have spent a lot of money with this business in the past. Ordered specialty cakes, whole pies, puppy cakes, cheesecakes and cupcakes. The last cake I ordered in Nov was not terrible but not the best either. It could have been fresher especially since I ordered it 2 wks in advance. Very cool place to enjoy a treat! I recently went there the day after my birthday with a friend this year to have a cupcake together. There are always a lot of interesting as well as common choices to pick from. It's a little pricey for a medium-size cupcake ($2.50 each), but so nice to be able to enjoy just one whenever you feel like celebrating! They offer a discount punch card to earn a free cupcake after every 5 purchases or on the fifth visit with purchase, not sure which. I'd go there more often if only they had some healthy lunch options, because I really like the atmosphere.

They have a few small tables for eating-in and offer high-quality disposable plates and forks to make it seem very special. This "fancy" touch is in stark contrast to the utilitarian, industrial decor, which I find very comfortable. It's so very clean, and it has a cozy feel very unlike Chipotle. (I LOVE Chipotle, but only take-out.) However, I would enjoy it SO much more if these paper and plastic serving pieces could be easily recycled on their premises - right after eating. I really hate tossing them into their trash can on my way out. Still, I return a couple times a year.... I will express my concern next time.

I rarely eat unhealthy food, especially desserts. When I do, though, I love going here because I really love cupcakes and theirs taste as good as or better than most homemade. (Mine are healthier and better tasting, BUT I very rarely make them because I would eat too many!!) They also now sell homemade DOGGIE cupcake treats! Plus, four types of ADORABLE 6" multi-layer cakes. And pie cupcakes? Will have to ask about those next visit. I...

Went in right before closing, our fault yes, but we had quite limited options. Ended up working out, but I would suggest getting here as soon as you possibly can. A suggestion for closing time as well would be discounting the product that's on hand as I assume it's not getting listed the following day.

I had the jumbo chocolate which I absolutely loved, the icing looks whipped (which I dislike greatly, at least in my experience with grocery store cupcakes and ice cream cake) but on the cupcakes it's just fluffy and pairs quite well with the dense bottom. The icing is very, very sweet though. Like, it bothers my stomach sweet. My girlfriend got a maple bacon, and the wrapper was practically glued to the cake. After unwrapping the cake about a fifth of the cake was stuck to the wrapper or hanging off. With the jumbo cupcake, the icing "sweetness to cake" ratio was better, because there was much more cake with the jumbo, but for the regular sized cupcakes, it's 1:1. My girlfriend was nauseated by the icing ratio.

Ultimately, I like this place. The lady working was nice, and answered all of the questions we had. However, the cupcakes are treats that leave more to be desired. Good treat for after dinner and maybe to eat in...
