Well, first off, they offered me a free sopapilla for leaving a 5-star review. Is that cheating? I mean, maybe, but it’s the kind of cheating I approve of heartily, and is also frankly worthy of 5 stars in and of itself. And I haven’t even gotten to the food part yet!
Food was delicious, as per usual. I got the Nashville, Brisket, and Mahi-Mahi tacos with chips and guac for $13.99. (The first two are limited edition btw.) The Nashville reminded me why I steer clear of spicy now that I’ve reached the venerable old age of 24, but it was objectively tasty. The Mahi-Mahi had a giant, fat, juicy portion of fish and the accompanying coleslaw was fantastic. Unfortunately, as I write this I have not yet started on the Brisket, as I seem to have underestimated how much food I can stuff into my gullet in one sitting. The chips have tasty seasoning that isn’t overdone (though they themselves could be a bit sturdier IMO), and the guac was THICC and CHONKAY and heavenly.
Anyway, imma go get my sopapillas...
Read moreLet me start off by saying, I am a taco snob, and Mexican food connoisseur. I am super, super picky when it comes to these things, especially tacos.
I literally made us pull out of the Chick-fil-A drive thru when I saw the “Tacos4Life” sign from across the parking lot, and I am so glad that I did!
Atmosphere 10/10. The lighting is beautiful as is the lit up “GIVE” sign I noticed on their wall. Music is a vibe as well 🤩🥳
Friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered for a fast food/dine in eatery.
I would 10/10 recommend for anyone to stop here and say HEYYYY to our new friends-Jeremy & Nicole at Tacos4Life in Harrisonburg, VA 😍(They walked over to us as we were finishing and asked us what we thought-and Nicole even brought my 3 year...
Read moreI went here today for a late lunch. I like the atmosphere and their philanthropy. Unfortunately, after waiting about 15 minutes for my meal, all 4 tacos were cold. It took me about 3 to 4 minutes to return to work. Because the bread is different than I expected I thought maybe it is supposed to be more like a cold sandwich. I called and asked to be sure an employee said no it all should be hot. I told him all my food was cold. The guy was polite. I was told they were working on a big catering order so maybe that is why my visit wasn’t pleasant. This is not a place I would recommend or return to but it wasn’t terrible either. They donate meals around the world so that is cool. 24 dollars total including tip....
