Pathetic & I won't be back!

Ordered the 1/2 Ribs with slaw and loaded mashed for $14.29 but was served a child's portion of ribs and lukewarm mashed not hot enough to melt the cheese. Thank goodness the slaw was good. I'm Not exaggerating there were only 3 rib bones when I was finished eating my "meal"

I just can't understand how someone could actually bring out that plate and serve it to me but you can see for yourself I took pictures.

At least I was glad they had Dos Equis on tap, Unfortunately he had had that skunky dirty beer line taste from lack of cleaning your beer lines.

The 1st restaurant I wanted to go to tonight was very crowded and the weight is 45 minutes so I decided to go to chili's. Chiles on the other hand had several empty tables and many chairs that you could sit at. That should have been my warning. But a few weeks back in Minnesota I had a great experience at chili's so I figured I gotta eat somethin and went inside. I'm definitely not going back to this location and would recommend you use caution and go someplace else if you're in Harrisonburg.

Two back to back bad experiences. First time they were out of soup we ordered for to go. Upon asking for a refund, we were told we could swap the soup for a TWO count of motz sticks. TWO. Crazy. We waited forever for a refund, the server Ashlyn proceeded to argue with us rather than process a 2 second refund. Server asked us to leave & I informed server we wouldn’t be leaving without a manager & a refund. Tonight we returned after a few months hoping to enjoy Chili’s. One of our fav restaurants. We sat & waited for 25 mins before seeing our server again with our appetizer. We asked for our food & stated we have been waiting. Our food order came out, was wrong & my chicken sandwich was PINK inside. The server immediately took the sandwich, the manager came over & let us know he was taking care of the bill but asked us to leave. Leaving a 3 star review purely because of the older waitress. We came in for lunch and the hostess grabbed our menu and proceeded to walk us to our table until she was blocked by an older waitress who did so to refuse having us put in her section. The hostess apologized to us after all of us, her included, were blindsided by the older ladies attitude. It really affected to the experience and we love chili's. This one is the closest to us and we will be back but from now on I think I am going to refusing be sat in Ms.Grumpypants section because I'd like to enjoy my time there and not feeling like Im putting the person out. We tip well and are easy going so her loss. But if management sees this, you might want to address it because she's a turn off in an otherwise pleasant experience. Literally everyone else there is fun and welcoming. The foods good and you dont feel robbed when you get the bill otherwise. Til...
